VIKAS @ P.K., A MURDERER, DREADED SHARP SHOOTER, EXTORTIONIST ALSO A REWARDEE OF RS.50,000/- ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested a dreaded and desperate criminal Vikash @ PK (23 yrs) s/o Bijender r/o Village Bakkarwala, New Delhi, a dreaded sharp shooter of the notorious Vikas Lagarpuria and Dheerpal @ Kana gang. PK was not only wanted in the sensational double murder case of Chhawla, Delhi, but also in a sensational murder case of Bhiwani, Haryana and in 2 cases of violent car-jackings.

 A reward of Rs.50000/- was declared on his arrest by Delhi Police in the sensational double murder case of PS Chhawla, Delhi. At the time of his apprehension, he fired upon the police personnel with his automatic illegal weapon. Accordingly, case FIR No.108/16 dt 29/6/16 u/s 186/353/307/34 IPC& 25/27 Arms Act, PS Crime Branch, Delhi was registered.       

INFORMATION, TEAM AND OPERATION: ­-

For apprehension of parole jumpers, bail jumpers, extortionists, wanted and rewarded criminals of sensational & heinous cases, a team of officers of Special Team led by ACP Jitender Singh comprising of Inspr. Puran Pant, SIs Sanjay Kumar, Ajit Singh, ASIs Surender, Shayam Lal, Bahadur Sharma, HCs Parveen, Satish, Narender, Bijender, Virender Kumar, Anil, Cts Sonu, Anil, Parminder, Raman and Rajiv Raghav was constituted under the close supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh to nab them.

The team so constituted, while working on such criminals, collected information through all possible sources and started tracking the desperate and dreaded criminal Vikas @ P.K. who had been evading arrest since a long time. Vikas @ P.K., a rewardee and wanted criminal, second in command of the dreaded and notorious Vikas Lagarpuria and Dheerpal @ Kana gang, had joined hands with the very active gang of Jyoti @ Baba and Nandu to eliminate the rival gangster Manjeet Mahal and his associates and establish their supremacy in South-West, Delhi. For his apprehension, a number of suspected hideouts in Delhi, UP West, Rajasthan and Haryana were raided and on some occasions, he narrowly escaped. However, the team did not lose hope and preserved in tracking his movement.

On 29.06.16, a specific information was received by HC Parveen that Vikas @ P.K would pass through Nizampur, Ghevra Road, Delhi on his motorcycle No.1049, armed with automatic weapons, to meet someone. On this information, the team immediately swung into action and reached near the place of information and laid a trap. After waiting for some time, one Hero Honda motorcycle No.DL-1SQ-1049 was intercepted and the rider was signalled to stop. All the ways to his escape were completely blocked by the team. On being trapped, the rider tried to take a U-turn to flee away from the spot but HC Parveen promptly held the motorcycle. On this, the rider swiftly got down and ran away towards nearby fields. He was chased by HC Parveen and Ct. Sonu, followed by staff.

Finding no way to escape, Vikas @ P.K. opened fire on HC Parveen who narrowly escaped, but without caring for his life, he swiftly grabbed & overpowered him and snatched the pistol. Ct. Sonu also acted swiftly and grabbed the “Pithoo” bag being carried by the desperado and on searching, one 7.65 caliber automatic pistol alongwith 5 live cartridges were found in his bag and another automatic pistol alongwith 5 live cartridges was recovered from his possession.

PROFILE AND INTERROGATION: -

Vikash @ P.K. has studied upto 11^th standard. His father is a farmer. His younger brother Parveen (21 yrs) is also lodged in jail in a number of M.V. theft & snatching cases. He is a school dropout and from teenage, his role model has been the dreaded gangster Vikas Lagarpuria. He wanted to be a gangster like Vikas Lagarpuria and proclaim his supremacy in South West area of Delhi and NCR. He intended to live a lavish life style with a desire of being with several  women which he used to see in the gangster in movies of underworld dons.

He was arrested earlier in 6 criminal cases including attempt to murder, sensational car-jackings & extortions. He came in contact with dreaded criminals namely Dhirpal @ Kana, Vikas Lagarpuria, Dheerpal Bagdi, Jyoti, Anil Bhandari, Arun @ Kala Morkheri & Manoj Morkheri when he was lodged in the Jhajjar jail. He was further impressed with their life styles, bravado and rash acts and decided to become a gangster. 

After getting out of jail in Feb 2015, he started threatening people at the behest of Dhirpal @ Kana & Vikas Lagarpuria. He, alongwith his associates, fired at Sanjay Kumar, Prop. of Aggarwal sweets, Najafgarh, Delhi to extort huge amount of money.

In November 2015, he alongwith Nandu, Sachin Chikara, Nitin Judo, Chirag Dahiya & Sandeep Kala of Silothi Village, Haryana fired at the office of a property dealer near Nangloi Bus stand & also ransacked the office to create terror. He was arrested in this case but again got bail on 27.12.2015.

Further on 03.04.16, he alongwith Satish Chhikara, Pradeep @ Fauji, Amit Gulia & Gulshan committed a brutal murder of one Balwan of village Kadma, Bhiwani, Haryana at the behest of Pradeep @ Fauji of village Kadma. Earlier on 27.11.2015, Pradeep had fired on Balwan to eliminate him but he had servived.

In addition to the above, Vikas @ P.K alongwith Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu, Amit Gulia, Pradeep @ Foji etc. also abducted one Deepak Shokeen and his 9 yrs old daughter from Mundka area in their Fortuner SUV and left them in the area of Bahadurgarh after robbing their Fortuner and other belongings.

Further on 03.03.16, Vikas @ P.K. alongwith Nandu & others, robbed a Scorpio vehicle at gun point from the area of Jaffarpur Kalan, Delhi.

In December 2015, Manjeet Mahal alongwith Pradeep Solanki, Ashok Pandit, Dharmender @ Madu and Nafe Mantri murdered one Sunil @ Doctor (brother-in-law of Jyoti @ Baba) in Ballu’s office, Najafgarh with whom he had money dispute.

To take revenge of murder of Sunil @ Doctor, on 11.01.16, he alongwith Kapil Sangwan @ Nandu, Amit Gulia, Sachin & Pradeep @ Foji of village Kadma, Haryana and killed father and brother of Dharamender @ Madu, member of Manjeet Mahal gang who had committed murder of Sunil @ Doctor.

RECOVERY: -

1.            One automatic pistol of 9mm with five live cartridges.

2.            One automatic pistol of 7.65 Caliber with five live cartridges.

3.            One Hero Honda passion, black color motorcycle bearing No.DL-1SQ-1049.

4.            Two mobile phones make Samsung.

5.            One pithoo bag.
