KAMAL, AN ACTIVE BC OF PS PUL PRAHLAD PUR ARRESTED.

Crime Branch has arrested an active BC, Kamal (28 yrs) s/o Dayal Chand, r/o 17, Mittal Colony, Pul Prahlad Pur, Delhi who jumped his parole granted to him on the grounds of his marriage.

INFORMATION  TEAM & OPERATION: -

          An information was received to Inter State Cell, Crime Branch that Kamal s/o Dayal Chand, r/o 17, Mittal Colony, Pul Prahlad Pur, Delhi, who had jumped the parole given to him by the Hon’ble court in a murder case is hiding somewhere in Badar Pur area. Efforts were made to trace him in Badar Pur area in the changed address. Several property dealers, real estate agents were enquired about and it was revealed that one family from Pul Prahlad Pur area has been shifted to Gali No.4, Molar Band Extention, New Delhi. Address of the accused was traced as H.No. 22/93, Gali No.4, Molar Band Extention, New Delhi. Local sources were deployed and it was revealed that accused Kamal use to visit his house occasionally. Later an information was received that accused Kamal would be coming   to his house to meet his family members.

          Accordingly, a team led by ACP Sanjay Sehrawat and consisting of Inspr. P.C.Yadav , SIs  Sandeep Yadav, Aas Mohd, ASI Hasim, HCs  Kartar, Kanwar Pal, Suresh, Cts Salimuddin, Anil, Om Prakash, Sandeep and Vinod was constituted under the closed supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh to nab him. A raid was conducted and accused Kamal was apprehended.

INTEROGATION: -

On interrogation, accused revealed that his brother Dilip @ Monti was Murdered by his rivals Raju Bhadana, Virender @ kale, Kapil and Praveen, to take revenge of his brother, he committed a day light murder of Kapil while he was riding on his XUV. Other occupant of the car namely Rohit Chaudhary had also received gunshot injuries. Consequently, a case FIR No.355/13 u/s 302/307/120 B IPC was registered at PS Saket. He was arrested in the case and was running in judicial custody. He applied for interim bail for a week on the grounds of his marriage. After coming out from jail, he did not surrender.

The accused Kamal is previously involved in four cases of Attempt to murder.  His criminal life started in 2007, when he along with his brother Dalip had dispute with his neighbor Rakesh and they stabbed Rakesh with the knife, and a case FIR No. 921/07, U/s 307 IPC was registered against them at P.S- Pul Prahalad Pur. He remained in jail for 25 days.

In 2009, he stabbed Kapil, Brother of Rakesh, he was arrested in that  case FIR No. 20/09 U/s- 307 IPC.  He remained in jail for 2 months in that case.

 Dilip @ Monty brother of accused Kamal had enmity with Raju Bhadana and his associates. In 2012, he stabbed one Kamal, an associate of Raju Bhadana, a case FIR No. 135/ 12 u/s  307  IPC was registered at PS Pul Prahlad Pur and he remained in jail for 2 and half Months.

 During bail period, he again shot fires at Kaushal, a close associate of Raju Bhadana. Another case bearing FIR No. 344/12 U/s- 307 IPC was registered against him at Ps Pul Prahlad Pur, Delhi.

PROFILE: -

          Kamal s/o Dayachand was born in 1988 in Madangir area of Delhi, where his family was residing in a rented house. His father was a DTC driver. He studied upto 8^th standard. He worked as a sales man in a shoe shop before that  worked as helper on Buses. He is a BC of PS Pul Prahalad Pur. His Brother Dilip @ Monti, who was shot dead by the rivals, was also a Declared B.C of PS Pul Prahalad Pur.
