Statement of DPCC President Shri Ajay Maken

New Delhi, 5 July, 2016 :Today's developments in the Special CBI Court (in tainted Rajender Kumar's case) has exposed the Kejriwal Government which has been desperately defending the babu. Though Kejriwal & Co. have mastered the art of playing the victim card but after today's Court's directions, the truth is out in the open. After prima-facie examination of the matter, since the Court deemed fit to send Kumar to 5 day CBI Custody in the graft allegations, we would like to ask Shri Arvind Kejriwal that why were the repeated warnings of Transparency International, sent back in 2015, qua corruption of Rajender Kumar, deliberately ignored by his office? Was it because one of the contracts awarded to Rajender Kumar's benami company was during Keriwal's 49 day tenure? 

We call for a fair & proper investigation on all charges leveled against Rajender Kumar and advise the Kejriwal Government to focus its energies on doing something constructive for Delhi, instead of constantly protecting tainted officers & mantris. Today's developments reiterate that AAP has different yardsticks on corruption when it comes to their own, the sequence of events were exactly the same when AAP was shamelessly defending Jitender Tomar in the fake degree case!

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi. Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt. Sonepat, Haryana), who is an absent BC of PS Narela, a bail jumper, a declared proclaimed offender in 2 murder cases and one case of Arms Act . At the time of apprehension, both the accused fired on police personnel, however, they were finally overpowered.
