Statement by Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar

Statement by Sr. B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar on Wednesday, the 28th September 2016 :-
Today Senior B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar, through a letter dated 28th   August 2016 attracted the attention of Shri Raj Nath Singh, Hon’ble Home Minister regarding Hawala transactions & money laundering, tax evasion, financial transactions and other irregularities committed by Kolkata firms in connivance with Shri Satyender Jain, Health Minister of Delhi Government sought his immediate dismissal followed by a thorough probe by CBI. Besides Shri Kejriwal should also tender resignation on moral grounds in a bid to shelter Shri Satyender Jain, Health Minister.
Shri Tanwar further stated that the burning issue of financial transactions made by Shri Satyender Jain in Kolkata firms viz. M/s Indo-Metal Impex Pvt. Ltd., M/s. Paryas Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. and M/s.  Akinchan Developers Pvt. Ltd. has crop up.  Misappropriation of crores of rupees directly by Mr. Satyender Jain is certainly linked to black money laundering / hawala transactions. The Kolkata  Income Tax Department, while scrutinizing the accounts of these firms found gross irregularities in the accounts of these firms and high-lighted alleged  involvement of Shri Satyender Jain.  Keeping in view the gravity of Shri Satyender Jain’s involvement in these financial transactions, Shri  Satyender Jain had been summoned by the Income Tax Department on 4th October 2016.
Shri Tawnwar alleged that the statement made by Shri Satyender Jain –that he had  made investments in these companies during the year 2012 but now he has nothing to do with these companies and the Income Tax Department has summoned him only as a witness, is funny, unfounded and uncoordinated and only to create confusion. Had he been not considered a culprit of committing offence then he would not have been summoned on 4th October 2016. If Shri Satyender Jain failed to appear before the authorities, then he is liable to be fined upto Rs.10, 000.00.  Shri Tanwar further disclosed that Smt. Poonam Jain wife of Shri Satyender Jain, is  still a stake holder of the company and  is looking after the work of these companies under the aegis of political shelter, business of crores of rupees is flourishing.
Shri Tanwar high-lighted that the National leaders of fame, Shri Lal Krishna Advani, Member of Parliament and Shri Madan Lal Khurana, Ex-Chief Minister of Delhi, are such politicians of repute, who preferred to quit, consequent upon falsely implicating their names in Hawala, inspite of clear cut refusal from Party High Command and without any call from the opposition, on the moral grounds. Thus they created an example in the history of politics, which is being appreciated by the opposition even today. On the contrary Chief Minister, Shri Arwind Kejriwal spontaneously declared these allegations as baseless and a concocted story thus giving entire episode a new turn and putting Shri Kejriwal’s integrity at stake.  If Shri Satyender Jain is little bit ashamed of his involvement in hawala and money laundering transactions, he should immediately tender his resignation, prior to investigation and arrest by the Income Tax Department and he being declared a offender.
Shri Tanwar further stated that every other day, a new episode of corruption is coming up in light for the misdeeds of Aam Aadmi Party MLAs and Ministers, is a matter of grave concern.  While Shri Arwind Kejriwal is singing all praises for him self and his Ministers and MLAs , on the other side the Ministers of Aam Aadmi Party are booked for multiple offences viz. corruption, domestic violence, sexual exploitation, fake degrees, bribery and other serious criminal cases and some of Minister imprisoned.  Initially Shri Kejriwal issues ’clean chit’ to  his MLAs and Ministers and certifies their integrity beyond doubt but subsequently when they are declared culprit and imprisoned, then Shri Kejriwal starts blaming that the MLAs and Ministers of AAP are being harassed on the behest of Shri Narender Modi Ji. Now Kejriwal has issued clean chit to Shri Satyender Jain and once he will be proved culprit and arrested then he will start blaming Modi Ji.

Thus summoning up Shri Tanwar appealed to Hon’ble Home Minister for through probe by CBI against Shri Satyender Jain, Health Minsiter of Delhi Govt. for his alleged involvement in these financial transactions, to reveal the truth.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
