Press Statement by Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar

Senior B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar, through press release, drew attention of the Hon’ble President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, the manner in which the MLAs and Ministers of the AAP Government of Delhi Government, are ruining the life of residents of Delhi. The manner in which, increasing number of cases of harassment, exploitation, molestation and rape of women are coming up. The illogical statement by Shri Ashutosh, while supporting Shri Sandeep Kumar, Minister of AAP, arrested in sex scandal and by putting him at par with great leaders and thus maligning the image of the father of the nation, Mahatama Gandhi, the former Prime Ministers, Shri Jawahar Lal Nehru and  Shri Atal Bihari Bajpai Ji. The modus operendi of their works i.e.  gimmickry, nudity, chaos and misusing the banner of being Dalit is very well prevalent in AAP government,  appealed for enactment of ordinance for President’s rule in Delhi thus dismissal of  the AAP Government.

Shri Tanwar further stated that the AAP government had lost their mental balance for intoxication of power. They are not aware as to what they are saying and for whom. Shri Ashutosh’s comparison of the former Minister for Women Welfare, Shri Sandeep Kumar, a notorious character with the renowned patriots of independence, Shri Mahatama Gandhi, Shri Jawahar Lal Nehru and Shri Atal Behari Vajpayee, the exemplary personalities, is a heinous crime. The Minister, who is constitutionally and morally responsible for safety of women, while in charge of the ministry, himself outraged the modesty of the women, who visited him for help and  thus setting aside the all principles of humanity and gross abuse of power. Multiple relations of a married man in Indian culture is an cognizable offence thus ruining the Indian culture and integrity at stake. No doubt this is against the norms of a civilized society. It is a blot on the modesty of the women and entire Indian culture thus reflecting adversely wrong message all around. This is a blot on the nation.

Shri Tanwar further stated that the Aap government under the aegis of the leadership of Shri Arvind Kejriwal as Chief Minister with his team of Ministers and MLAs is congregation of corrupt, criminals, anti social elements, who believe in hooligan only. Neither they are aware of process of good governance nor are they concerned with the misery and pain of a common man. Just to get false and momentary publicity, they are spending a huge amount i.e. lakhs of rupees, thus considering themselves over and above the Constitution of India. Inspite of clear cut guidance and orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, they are sending their files directly to the Government of India without obtaining approval and consent of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, who is constitutional head of Delhi. When objected by the concerned Ministry of Government of India, they come out with false propaganda against Modi’s Government for not allowing them to do anything and thus giving misleading statements. They are bent upon to pass on their failures on head of Government.

Shri Tanwar stated that Kejriwal’s government is the first and the last Government of Delhi, whose majority of Ministers and MLAs are involved in rape cases, domestic violence, extortion, kidnapping, anti dalit, corruption, bribery and fake degrees are amongst the various crimes and then sent jail by the Hon’ble Courts. Smt. Soni, a dedicated and committed worker of their party commits suicide owing to misdeeds of Aam Aadmi Party. Not only this Shri Devender Sehrawat, a AAP MLA are opening opposing the party. What to say, Mr. Dilip Pandey, Convenor of AAP is also a nuisance for distribution of tickets or exploitation of women.

Shri Tanwar further said that while enjoying the office of Minister in AAP government, Shri Sandeep Kumar raped and exploited many women and also shot video films to black mail them and thus was a great source of nuisance. Not only the women but the whole country was put to shame. If Shri Arvind Kejriwal is ashamed of the mis-deeds of his own party Minister and MLAs, he should resign immediately on the grounds of morality and in the interest of justice and humanity.

Thus summoning up, Shri Tanwar drew the attention and appealed Hon’ble Mr. President that the government run by Shri Arvind Kejriwal, CM, Delhi be dismissed henceforth with and put to President’s rule in the interest of rights of a common citizen, women and the nation as a whole.
