Immediate dismissal and arrest of Smt. Swati Maliwal, Chairperson, Delhi Women Commission

Senior B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar, through this publication attracted the attention towards the statement given by Smt. Swati Maliwal for prostitution activities being run in GB Road  area under the aegis and shelter of a Union Minister and Senior leader of Bhartiya Janta Party thus strongly condemning and refraining from the dirty politics tactics played by her.

Shri Tanwar high-lighted the illegal and unconstitutional appointments in the Delhi Women Commission,  made by Smt. Swati Maliwal in connivance with Shri Arvind Kejriwal, in the recent past and subsequent  inquiry being conducted by Anti Corruption Bureau and  lodging of FIR against her. She has leveled false and baseless allegations against Bhartiya Janta Party to malign its image and diverting the attention of the common man from the basic issues. This is nothing but a political stunt and gimmickry done as per their habitual practice. She is only trying to shot one bird with two  arrows i.e.defaming the BJP and befooled the public to avert her arrest.

Shri Tanwar further stated that if Smt. Swati Maliwal is true to her words, then why this fact was not revealed prior to lodging of FIR against her. Why she is hesitant to make public the name of so called Cabinet Mininster & Sr. BJP leader. Who is that leader, who is indulged in this prostitution racket involving transactions of lakhs of rupees i.e. Rs.5 crores share per night and is partner in this sex racket. The name should be made public as this is a very serious and heinous allegation. In case she is unable to prove the allegations leveled, she should resign without any further loss of time, maintaining the decorum  and dignity of her office profile.

Shri Tanwar stated that Smt. Maliwal is in the habit of ignoring and over ruling all the guidelines, rules and regulations. Smt. Maliwal  stated that she has written to Municipal Corporation of Delhi time and again for demolition of these brothel houses , so that ladies involved in the trade could not be forced to hide themselves as and when raided by the authorities. This statement is illogical and in violation of the rules. The basic work of the Commission is to look after the interest of aggrieved women against oppression. She should have learnt  lesson from the earlier raids got done,  at the behest of Ex Law Minister at Malviya Nagar against Nigerians, is a headache for him even on date.

Shri Tanwar stated that this is not the end of the series of atrocities made by Kejriwal Government. On the one side their 17 MLAs are facing the charges of corruption, sexual exploitation, domestic violence, bribery and physical assault and subsequent arrest, on the other side Smt. Maliwal, Chairperson, Delhi Women Commission is also involved in this series. She is also facing the threat of resigning from the post of Chairperson, Delhi Women Commission followed by her arrest. Whether  Shri Kejriwal, Chief Minister would still like to state that this is being done on the behest of Shri Narender Modi, Prime Minster or Lt. Governor, Delhi.?

Thus summoning up Shri Tanwar appealed to the Hon’ble Lt. Governor, to kindly consider dismissal and arrest of Smt. Swati Maliwal, in the interest of natural justice,  consequent upon lodging of FIR by Anti Corruption Bureau, so that their  mis-deeds and hypocrisy are known by the common man and reality uncovered.
