The  Special Staff of South-East District have nabbed two criminals namely Pankaj @ Kalia aged 30 years s/o Pooran Singh r/o H.No. 1317, Gali No. A-2, Madanpur Khadar, JJ Colony, Delhi and Rajesh Kashyap aged 20 years s/o Late Shri Duli Chand r/o S-24/2, Majdoor Kalyan Camp, Okhla Phase-1, Delhi. Crime Branch has apprehended two drug traffickers  namely Darshana w/o Late Manoj r/o Mubarak Pur, Delhi  and Phool Babu (30 years) s/o Shri Biphai Shah r/o Jhuggi No. 285 Mata Sundari Road, Gurudwara, PS IP Estate, Delhi and and recovered 300 gram and 200 gram of fine quality heroin from their possession respectively. Sleuths of AATS/SWD have nabbed a Nigeria National namely Joseph Exikel @ Godwin Davies Yumkella, aged 36 yrs s/o Mr. Erukwu r/o 101 alan Avanue, Lkje Lagos, Nigeria from Mumbai, who was wanted in a cheating case of Police Station Dwarka North, New Delhi registered vide FIR No. 131/15 u/s 468/471/420 IPC. Accused pretended to be the Diplomat of United Nations and lured the complaiant namely Samden Sherpa and cheated him to the tune of Rs.29 lakhs on the pretext of purchasing chemical which is useful for removing ink from dollars. A special  team  comprising of Inspr. Raj Kumar, SI Manoj Bhatia, ASI Jai Parkash, HC Rajesh Dhankar, HC Rajesh, HC Sunil, Ct. Anil, Ct. Jagat Singh. under the supervision of ACP Balraj Singh Dahiya was constituted. On getting a tip off, the team was dispatched to Mumbai and nabbed the above accused. With the arrest of one accused Rajnish Mishra a sensational kidnapping case of PS Vivek Vihar had been solved. On disclosure the accused has confessed to have killed the kidnapped person. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.  South-East District Police has arrested a cheat identified as Manmohan Vashishth @ Rohan Vashisth @ Ranveer Vasishth and his accomplice Tapan Dey, a TSR driver who used to pose as CBI officials and duped people of lakhs of rupees on the pretext of getting them job in MHA, Railways and other Govt Departments. With the arrest of one of the accused Javed Alam s/o Abul Hassan r/o G-5, South Extension Part-II, New Delhi, the staff of Economic Offences Wing has solved the case of cheating & forgery of several crores.                       Sh. J.S.Lamba, Authorized Representatives of Company M/s Eicher Good Earth Pvt. Ltd. reported that they  purchased a property i.e. Land No. 1066, Ward No. 8, out of Khasra No. 1151/3 at Village Mehrauli, Delhi and other three lands from M/s Zenab Faishons Pvt. Ltd in year 2008. They alleged that the sellers concealed the factum that the property is under litigation and thereby deceitfully sold the property. They also alleged that the seller company had sold them less land and took full amount. There was information that two persons along with their associates are involved in procuring/obtaining/stealing the official documents by trespassing into the offices of Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoPNG) at Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi and on 17.02.2015, they would intrude in the night. A trap was laid and three persons came in an Indigo car near Shastri Bhawan. Two persons alighted and went inside while the third remained sitting in the car. After around two hours, when the two persons entered the car, all three persons were apprehended. With the arrest of a desperate snatcher/History Sheeter/P.O  Special Staff East  has solved a case of Attempt to Killing of a Doctor on contract The criminal arrested is: Abdul Wazir @ Sikander s/o Abdul Rashid r/o H.No. 522, Gali No. 10, Mandoli Extension, Harsh Vihar, Delhi age -24 yrs.             On Dated 11/02/15, Dr. Afaq Hussain Ansari who runs a private clinic in Radheyshyam Park, Khureji Khas, Jagat Puri, Delhi was going to his home from clinic on his bike. Near Shahdara Police Station, he was intercepted by two criminals on a bike and was shot by unknown criminals from a close distance. He survived the attack and was hit by bullet on lower abdominal area.
