Smt. Barkha Shukla Singh said the complaint filed by me against irregularities in DCW recruitments included CM Sh Kejriwa

"Smt. Barkha Shukla Singh said the complaint filed by me  against irregularities in DCW recruitments included CM Sh Kejriwal in it because it was him who had in the first instance approached me to give employment to one Mr. Raj Mangal Prasad while she was the Chairperson of DCW. In response to that she told the Hon'ble CM the power to appoint people in the commission rests with WCD ministry and CM office and the due procedure may be followed and that she has no authority to employ anyone. 

Hon'ble CM also asked Smt Barkha Shukla Singh to go slow on cases against his party leaders Mr. Kumar Vishwas and Mr. Somnath Bharati and said these women always resort to using such tactics. He also indicated towards renewing her appointment as Chairperson. Ms. Maliwal and Mr. Vishwas were present during this meeting with Hon'ble CM. 

She further added that Mr Kejriwal is privy to to each and every development made in the commission including the illegal appointments against which i have filed a complaint. Also to mention that no interviews or ads were given in public domain to invite people at large for such posts. DCW has also confirmed the same in a RTI reply.

Men running a commission established to address problems of distressed women irked Smt Singh and also the modus operandi adopted by these men who ask women who approach the commission inappropriate questions like how they were molested and where they were touched,etc. The blue eyed boy of Shri Kejriwal and Ms Maliwal namely Mr. Raj Mangal Prasad has a case of molestation pending against him is currently drawing a salary of Rs. 100000/- per month.

This very act led to the suicide of Late Soni Mishra who approached the commission but was harassed by the male staff hired by Ms. Maliwal.

Smt Singh said that she has earlier mentioned that it is laughable to suggest that she has done only 1 case in her 9 year long tenure as DCW chief. Refuting these allegations and presenting white paper on the working of the commission she said in 9 years the DCW did more that 1.5 lakh cases. Also, replying to the allegation that wives of IAS and IPS officers were employed in the commission, she asked Ms Maliwal to make any such names public.

Reacting to the complaint filed by Ms Maliwal today, Smt Singh said it is a politically motivated move coming at a time when Ms Maliwal and DCW are being investigated on my complaint and evidence provided by me. She further added that ACB should conduct appropriate inquiry and the truth should surface."

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
