Sensational Blind Murder Case of Gazipur Solved

With the arrest of two accused namely Salman and Faizan, a sensational blind murder case

of PS Gazipur had been solved. Accused have confessed to have killed the deceased person Faizan. Weapon of offence i.e. pistol along with 5 live cartridges and vehicle used in the crime i.e. one motor cycle and one Maruti Echo car have been recovered on the instance of accused person. The accused arrested are:

1. Mohd. Salman s/o  Mohd. Farooq r/o Building No. 14, 4^th floor, Chamaliyan Road, Filmistan Delhi, Age- 24 years.
2. Mohd. Faizan s/o Mohd. Arafin r/o H.No. 215, Gali Chauhan wali, Chhatta Lal Miyan, Chandni Mahal, Delhi, Age- 24 years

           

           On 12/01/2014 one person namely Faizan was shot dead by some unknown persons in front of main gate of Fish Mandi Gazipur, Delhi. At the time of incident deceased Faizan was in his car and was waiting for his cousin Irfan. On the statement of Irfan, a case of murder was registered at PS Gazipur. It was a blind murder case and there was no clue  about the accused. Investigation was conducted on the basis of technical surveillance as well as on the back ground of the deceased. On the basis of outcome of technical help,  sustained interrogation were made with suspects/accused Salman and his cousin Faizan. Finally they confessed their involvement in the murder of deceased Faizan. On the instance of accused Salman & Faizan, weapon of offence i.e. Pistol & 5 live cartridges and Motorcycle & Maruti Echo car were recovered.

           

            Taking into account the gravity of the case, the Special Task Force under the Operation Cell of East District and PS- Gazipur was assigned to work out said blind murder case and to nab the accused. A team under the leadership of Insp. K.G. Tyagi comprising of SIs Mukesh Kumar Singh, Jai Singh Neeraj, Kuldeep, ASI Omender, Ragender HCs Brehmpal, Ved, Rajeev, Cts. Rambir, Naveen, Nitin etc. was constituted under the overall supervision of Sh. Y.K.Tyagi ACP/Ops.

                  A thorough investigation was conducted on the basis of the back ground of the deceased and technical surveillance. Several suspects were interrogated. Local intelligence was developed. Finally the conduct& movements of suspects Salman and his cousin Faizan were found very suspicious. Even when they were called to join the investigation, they in spite of joining the investigation moved to court for anticipatory bail. On 03/05/2015 they were called to join the investigation and they were thoroughly interrogated on the basis of their movements on the day of incident. On sustained interrogation, accused confessed their involvement in the murder of deceased Faizan. On the instance of accused Salman & Faizan, weapon of offence i.e. Pistol & 5 live cartridges and Motorcycle & Maruti Echo car were recovered.

            During interrogation they confessed that deceased Faizan and the accused were in the same profession of supplying of meat to various places including supply to Leh-Laddakh. Deceased Faizan sold meat at very low price and due to this reason supply of meat sold by accused was getting badly affected and were incurring huge losses in their business. For the reason mentioned above, deceased and accused exchanged hot arguments several times. Even once deceased threatened the accused Salman by showing pistol. Even deceased Faizan many times threatened their labour also at the time of loading/unloading of meat. Due to the reasons mentioned above accused Salman and his cousin Faizan hatched a conspiracy to kill the deceased. Accused Salman then bought a Pistol from Radhna (UP) and finally on 12/01/14 accused killed the deceased Faizan. Accused Faizan fired on deceased Faizan on the direction of accused Salman.  

  

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSON 

1.    Mohd. Salman s/o  Mohd. Farooq r/o Building No. 14, 4^th floor, Chamaliyan Road, Filmistan Delhi, Age- 24 years unmarried and works as a supplier of meat at Gazipur Mandi.

Mohd. Faizan s/o Mohd. Arafin r/o H.No. 215, Gali Chauhan wali, Chhatta Lal Miyan, Chandni Mahal, Delhi, Age- 24 years, married 9/10 years ago and he also worked as a supplier of meat at Gazipur Mandi along with Salman.
