MURDER CASE OF A FEMALE SOLVED , HUSBAND ARRESTED

 With the arrest of Anoop, the sleuths of Police Station Tilak Nagar, West District have worked out the murder case of a female.

v  Anoop S/o Late Chander Bhan R/o 80 Gaj, Harijan Colony, Tilak Nagar, Delhi, age -27 years. A driver by profession  and has studied upto 7th standard.

           Complainant Sh. Vijay Singh R/o Tilak Vihar, Tilak Nagar, Delhi reported that love marriage of her younger sister Annu (25 years) was solemnized eight years ago with Anoop s/o Chander Bhan. After about 3 years, some domestic problems/differences occurred between them. Due to this, Anoop solemnized another love marriage with one woman. Thus, Annu came back to her parental house with her two children. About six months ago, Anoop came to his home and admitted his guilt and also told that he wanted to take Annu with him.  His parents agreed to it, but after few days Anoop repeated the same things and started taking interest in woman.

                On 28/05/15, Anoop had a quarrel with his first wife Annu and also gave threat to her that if she wanted to reside with him then not to make any quarrel with him over the issue of Woman, otherwise he would kill her.  On the same day, Vijay went to Annu’s in-laws’ house and saw that a quarrel between Annu and Anoop was going on.  Vijay tried to solve the matter and pacified them and returned to his home.  In the wee hours, the father-in-law of Annu came to complainant’s house and requested to accompany him urgently. On his arrival, he saw her sister Annu was dead in kitchen with rope (Nada) tied around her neck. His Jija Anoop alongwith two children was found missing. Accordingly, he informed the Police.  On his statement, case FIR No. 819/15 u/s 302 IPC was registered and investigation was entrusted to Inspr. Satish Kumar - ATO, PS Tilak Nagar.

Keeping in view the gravity of the crime, a team comprising of Inspr. ATO Satish Kumar, I/C PP Tilak Vihar SI Manoj No. D-874, SI Babu Lal No. 3949-D, ASI Rajbir No. 2451/W, Ct. Babu Lal No. 1353/W, Ct. Rajesh No. 851/W, headed by Inspr. Raj Kumar- SHO/Tilak Nagar, under the close supervision of Sh. Samay Singh ACP/Tilak Nagar was constituted.

During investigation, the scene of crime was minutely inspected.  The dead body was sent to DDU Hospital for postmortem.

After local enquiry and on secret information teams were dispatched to different places in Delhi in search of Anoop. One team headed by SI Babu Lal got information that accused was hiding somewhere in South Delhi, from where he was apprehended and was brought to Police Station along with his two children.

During sustained interrogation, accused admitted his crime. He disclosed that his deceased wife Annu often quarreled with him over the issue of Woman and this issue disturbed him a lot. He wanted to get rid of her so he strangulated her at about 10:30 PM on 28/05/2015 when she was about to take a bath. After seeing her as dead, he ran away with children.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
