Two JCLs Apprehended; Burglary Of Rs. 30 Lakh Solved

The sleuths of P.S. Hari Nagar, West District have apprehended two JCLs (Age-16 & 17 Yrs.) indulged in committing burglary. One night burglary of Rs. 30,00000/- worked out.  Cash Rs. 27,41,760/- has been recovered from them.

RECOVERY MADE:-

1.   Cash Rs. 27,41760/-.
2.   Two Mobile phones bought from the stolen money.

        On 13.05.2015, Sh. Mahender Guglani r/o Janakpuri, Delhi reported that he has kept Rs. 29,90,000/- in the almirah at 1st floor of his house. In the intervening night of 12-13/05/15, some unknown persons broke open the almirah and had stolen the cash. On this, case FIR No. 702/15 U/S 457/380 IPC was registered at P.S. Hari Nagar. In view of the gravity of the offence, the scene of crime was got inspected minutely and beat Ct. Hosiyaar No. 1109/W was exclusively deployed for  collecting information and intelligence. He  is having vast knowledge about the area and active criminals, thus managed to get vital clue about the criminals. He sincerely analyzed all CCTV footages of cameras installed in the area. One suspicious boy came into picture who was later identified as JCL. On his tip off, a team of P.S. Hari Nagar, under the supervision of SHO Hari Nagar Insp. Bhaskar Sharma, comprises Insp. Ram Kishan, SI Manoj Kumar, HC. Om Prakash No. 232/W, HC. Lokender No. 323/W, HC. Raj Singh No. 95/W, Ct. Hosiyaar No. 1109/W, Ct. Naveen No. 967/W, Ct. Sanjay No. 1542/W, Ct. Rajkumar NO. 1227/W and Ct. Deepak No. 767/W was constituted to crack the case. The vigorous efforts of the team bore fruit with the apprehension of one JCL and recovery of Rs. 15,85,000/- at his instance. On his disclosure, his associate was apprehended and Rs. 11,56,700/- were recovered from his possession. Also, the team recovered two mobile phones which they had purchased from the stolen booty. Both the JCLs are drug addicts and commit burglaries to fulfill their lusts.

        Further investigation is on. Staff involved in the good work is being rewarded suitably.
        
Though, they had committed the crime skillfully but they were not lucky enough to escape from eyes of CCTV camera.  

        However, Delhi Police is making all out efforts for prevention and detection of crime and safety and security of Delhiites. Yet, the general public is requested to extend kind co-operation in getting installed CCTVs in their respective places, as it is a key tool that helps to cut crime, disorder and also save lives.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
