Rape Case Solved By PS Dwarka (North)

With the arrest of one accused Ramesh Kumar (Age 38 years) s/o Late Sh.Kulveer Singh r/o Village Nangli Sakrawati, Najafgarh, Delhi, a rape case has been solved by the police of PS Dwarka (North), South-West District.

          On 09.04.2015 at about 10:20 PM, a lady who works as an employee in a Mall at Rajouri Garden, Delhi got down at Dwarka Mor Metro Station from where she boarded into a taxi towards Madhu Vihar.  One more passenger has taken/used the same taxi who got down at Rajapuri.  After this, taxi driver parked the taxi by the side of the road.  He got into the rear seat and forcefully tried to disrobe the victim, when she resisted, he slapped and punched her on face and head.  Accused Ramesh Kumar also assaulted her and threatened her with life if she shouted.  After the incident, accused Ramesh Kumar started the taxi and was moving towards Madhu Vihar.  In the mean time, one passerby heard the shouting of the victim and informed the nearby PCR Van immediately.  The same PCR Van chased the taxi with   staff ASI Ramphal, HC Ravinder (I/c Van) and Constable Lokesh and apprehended the accused. 

On this information, Inspr.Ashok Kumar Meena, SHO/PS Dwarka (North) alongwith W/SI Manju rushed the spot and arrested accused Ramesh Kumar. On the statement of victim, a case FIR No.296/15 u/s 376/342/323/506 IPC, dated 10.04.2015 was registered at PS Dwarka North, New Delhi.


          Ramesh Kumar (Age 38 years) s/o Late Sh.Kulveer Singh r/o Village Nangli Sakrawati, Najafgarh, Delhi.  He studied upto class 9th and running taxi since 1996.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
