Desperate Cum Hardcore Criminal Previously Involved in Ten Cases Nabbed

The sleuths  of AATS/SWD have nabbed a desperate cum hardcore criminal namely Vicky @ Takkar @ Dawood aged 23 yrs S/o Narayan Singh wanted in a case of murder of Police Station Ranhola, West District. He is previously involved in several cases viz. attempt to murder, preparation of dacoity, Arms Act etc. of West District.

            On 06/03/15 accused Vicky @ Takkar along with his associates viz. Pawan @ Pankhi and Rakesh Bijliwala attacked upon Rahul Ranga and his friends as the complainant/injured namely Rahul Ranga had refused to pay any protection money to them.  In the incident Rahul Ranga and his friend Mohit @ Montu sustained grievous injuries. Later injured Mohit @ Montu succumbed to injuries on the way to the hospital.    Upon this a case vide FIR No. 162/15 dated 06/03/15 U/s 302/307/34 IPC was registered at PS Ranhola, New Delhi and investigation was taken up in right earnest.  

            On 19/04/15 a secret information was received to HC Vijay No. 594/SW that accused Vicky @ Takkar who is wanted in above case of PS Ranhola would come to Sector-16 metro station, Dwarka, New Delhi.  Team of AATS/South-West swung into action and laid a trap near near Metro Line, Sector-16, Dwarka, New Delhi where accused Vicky @ Takkar was apprehended.  Accused confessed his crime and revealed that in order to prevent his arrest he was presently residing at House No. B-115, 2nd floor, Deep Vihar, Vikas Nagar, New Delhi.  Accused Vicky @ Takkar revealed further startling facts that he was groping an opportunity to eliminate the prime witness Rahul Ranga but could not be succeeded.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED :-Vicky @ Takkar @ Dawood aged-23 yrs S/o Narayan Singh R//o L-2/48, K-3 Block, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.Accused Vicky @ Takkar is a school dropout and entered into the world of crime as he wanted to have terror of his name in the area.  He along with his associates used to collect the protection money from operators of Gramin Sewa, shopkeepers etc. of the area and his terror was such that nobody lodged complaint against him.  Earlier he was having reward of Rs. 25,000/- on his head in a murder case of PS Dabri when arrested in the year 2014. After releasing from jail in the month of November 2014. he did not mend his ways and collecting protection money. He was dreaming of becoming DAWOOD one day, hence he also declared himself to be the DAWOOD of West District.
Further investigation is in progress and efforts are being made to affect more recovery and to ascertain his involvements in other cases. Staff involved in this good work will be suitably rewarded.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
