PCR Staff Apprehended 02 Persons Involved in a Fatal Accident in the Area of Outer Distt.

On the night between 04/05.04.2015, the PCR staff namely I/C ASI Jagbir Singh, No.5250/PCR, Gunman Const. Devinder, No.3461/PCR and Const. (Dvr.) Ravinder, No.4264/PCR were deployed on (Libra-32) from 8PM to 8AM.  At about 0056  AM, an information was received from the Control Room that a fatal accident had taken place near Fire Station, Sector-5, Rohini.  An alert was issued by the CPCR for the search of suspected vehicle.  The PCR staff apprehended occupants of the car and recovered the suspected vehicle.  A case FIR No.502/15 u/s 279/304(A) IPC has been registered at PS Kanjhawala.

        On the night between 04/05.04.2015, the PCR staff namely I/C ASI Jagbir Singh, No.5250/PCR, Gunman Const. Devinder, No.3461/PCR and Const. (Dvr.) Ravinder, No.4264/PCR were deployed on (Libra-32) from 8PM to 8AM.  At about 0056  AM, an information was received from the Control Room that a fatal accident had taken place near Fire Station, Sector-5, Rohini.  An alert was issued by the CPCR for the search of suspected vehicle.  

All the PCR staff deployed on their base and vulnerable routes started checking of the suspected vehicle.  In the meantime, the PCR staff deployed on (Libra-32) tried to stop the vehicle near NDPL Office, Kanjhawala, but the occupants of the car tried to run away.  However, the vigilant PCR staff over took the car and apprehended the occupants who were identified as (1)  Kaushal s/o Shri Ram Gupta, r/o B-21, Gaurav Nagar, Part-I, Inder Enclave, Delhi aged 29 yrs and (2) Mohit s/o Surinder, r/o Vill. & PO Kanjhawala, Delhi aged 19 yrs.
The occupants of the car were put to sustained interrogation and it was revealed that the said car was also involved in case FIR No.183/15 dated 14.02.2015 u/s 186/353/332/34 IPC PS Aman Vihar.  The driver of the car was still evading his arrest.
Subsequently, the suspected vehicle alongwith the occupants of the car were handed over to SI Rajender Singh of PS Kanjhawala.
In this regard a case vide FIR No. 502/15 u/s 279/304(A) IPC has been registered at PS Kanjhawala has been registered on the statement of Natin Dass (complainant).

In this manner, the PCR staff had performed their duty displaying high level of alertness, sincerity, dedication and commitment of their duties.  They are being suitably rewarded.
