PCR Staff Arrested Desperate Burglars in the Area of Outer Distt.

On the night between 30/31.03.2015, the PCR staff namely I/C ASI Baljit Singh, No.5478/PCR and Const. (Dvr.) Ranvir, No.11244/PCR deployed on (Libra-19) alongwith local police apprehended two burglars from the area of Bawana, Outer Distt., Delhi and recovered 01 Air Pistol, 01 Knife, Wire Cutter and one small dagger.  A case FIR No.426/15 u/s 457/380/511/34 IPC has been registered at PS Shahbad Dairy.

        Criminal Profile
Ø  Bharat s/o Prem Kumar, r/o JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi aged 23 yrs.
Ø  Farooq s/o Bandook Khan, r/o JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi aged 25 yrs.
Ø  Two minors   

Recovery
Ø    01 Air Pistol,
Ø    01 Knife,
Ø    Wire Cutter and
Ø    one small dagger.

Sequence of the incident
On 30/31.03.2015 at about 3.25 AM, the PCR staff deployed on MPV (Libra-19) were on patrolling duty near CNG Petrol Pump, N Block, Sector-5, Rohini. The staff spotted 4 persons moving in suspicious circumstances.  On seeing the police party all the 4 persons ran away and took shelter in Factory No.N-36, DSIDC, Bawana, Delhi.
In the meantime, the PCR staff (Libra-48) and (Libra-55) also reached on the spot.  The joint search operation was conducted by the PCR staff with the help of local police and they overpowered two persons namely  Bharat s/o Prem Kumar, r/o JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi, and (2) Farooq s/o Bandook Khan, r/o JJ Colony, Bawana, Delhi and two minors were apprehended and recovered 01 Air Pistol, 01 Knife, Wire Cutter and one small dagger.
On the statement of ASI Baljit Singh, No.5478/PCR a case vide FIR No. 426/15 u/s 457/380/511/34 IPC has been registered at PS Shahbad Dairy.  The investigation has been taken up by local police.  During the course of investigation the accused were put to sustained interrogation and it was revealed that all these persons had entered in the factory for committing crime.
It was revealed that Farooq is involved in the following cases:
1.           Case FIR No.44/13 u/s 379/356 IPC PS Narela, Delhi.
         2. Case FIR No.198/14 u/s 392/397/411/34 IPC PS Narela, Delhi.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
