Notorious Snatcher Arrested

The staff of Police Station Paschim Vihar/West District has arrested two notorious snatchers namely Sandeep @ Pandey and Aman @ Sagar @ Piddi with the help of public person namely Sagar and recovered the snatched mobile phone.
PROFILE OF ACCUSED ARRESTED:-
1.      Sandeep @ Pandey s/o Satpal Singh r/o C-183 Double Story Raghubir Nagar Delhi age-30 years. He has studied upto 7th class. A (B.C.), of PS Khyala.

RECOVERY:-
Mobile Phone Make Nokia Lumia


            A PCR Call vide DD No. 11-A dated 03.04.2015 was received at Police Station Paschim Vihar regarding apprehension of a snatcher. One girl resident of Rohini, Delhi was going on foot from Ordinance Depot Red light towards East Metro Station Paschim Vihar. Two boys on Black colour Pulsar M/Cycle came from back side and snatched her mobile while she was talking on mobile. One boy namely Sagar r/o Rohini Delhi who was present at the spot immediately rushed towards the snatchers and caught hold of the shirt of the snatcher sitting as pillion. The Motorcycle lost balance and fell. Motorcycle rider was caught at the spot while the other boy ran away from the spot. I.O ASI Ajeet Singh with Ct. Satvir No. 1443/W immediately rushed to the spot and brought apprehended accused and the complainant to the Police Station. The apprehended accused was Sandeep @ Pandey s/o Satpal Singh r/o C-183, Double Story, Raghubir Nagar, New Delhi age about 30 years and snatched Mobile Phone Make Nokia Lumia of the complainant was recovered from his possession. A case vide FIR No. 262/15, U/S 356/379/411/34 IPC has been registered in this regard.


            During interrogation accused Sandeep @ Pandey disclosed his partner’s name as Aman @ Sagar @ Piddi s/o Rajesh Kumar r/o G-76 Sultanpuri 80 Yard Delhi. A team was constituted under the supervision of Inspr. Surender Kumar with staff ASI Ajeet Singh, HC Vikas No.1720/W, Ct Satbir No.1443/W and Ct Sandeep No.1971/W and raid was conducted at the address,  G-76 Sultanpuri 80 yard, Delhi and accused Aman @ Sagar @ Piddi s/o Rajesh Kumar r/o G-76 Sultanpuri, 80 Yard, Delhi age- 22 years has been apprehended. On further interrogation they disclosed that they are unemployed and addicts they snatched mobile phone to meet their needs.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
