Press Statement by Sr. B.J.P. Leader Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar

Sr. B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar by his press statement told that on the basis of His Excellency President of India’s letter dated 06.07.2016,  Election Commission of India issued notice to Delhi Cantt Aam Aadmi Party MLA  & Ex. Naik Surinder Singh to submit the Affidavit in six sets  by 16.08.2016 in their Court in the matter of Office of Profit but Surinder Singh has not submitted the reply to Notice and on frivolous grounds obtained another date in the matter.

Shri Tanwar further told that Surinder Singh 22nd MLA is also following the path of Aam Aadmi Party by adopting same tactics to escape from the hanging sword of Office of Profit as is being used in cases of 21 MLA’s working as Parliamentary Secretaries of Aam Aadmi Party who are also facing the threat of disqualification in the matter of Office of Profit but is delaying the matter to avoid legal action.  Shri Tanwar alleged that Aam Aadmi Party is of habit to behave like illiterate & anti social as they have no respect for legal system and constitution.  But “Bakre Ki Maa Kab Tak khair Manaygee” because Law will not allow them to escape.

Shri Tanwar unfolding the whole affair told that Advocate Bhuvan Tanwar on 11.05.2016 complained His Excellency President of India describing that how Delhi Cantt MLA Surinder Singh obtained the possession of Type –V Flat No. 12 , Chanakya Puri by getting it pooled by PWD of Delhi Govt. with NDMC for office use but is using as residence. To please his party MLA Surinder Singh, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got this Flat allotted to him by over ruling all the rules and regulations.  In this respect Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal set aside all the rules & regulations and granted special status to AC-38 Delhi Cantt Assembly constituency,  this action comes under the purview of Office of Profit.

Shri Tanwar strongly striking at Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal told that on one hand they project themselves as honest and on the other hand got the Flat No. 13 & 14 at Yashwant Place, Chanakya Puri allotted to Surinder Singh by terrorising and black mailing the NDMC Officers.  One office space at NDMC’s Palika Kendra under the garb of Members Lounge has also been allotted.  One Office space in the Delhi Government’s Employment Exchange Office at Kirby Place has also been got allotted by Chief Minister in the name of his party MLA for office use, in spite of crunch of office space in this building where already Offices of Voter I.D. Card, Ration Office and Tehsildar’s Office etc. are running, here again all the rules & regulations are over ruled.

Shri Tanwar further told it is a matter of shame for Chief Minister that before the elections he has categorically declared that neither he nor his MLA’s will take House, Office, Vehicle, Security and government facilities but have enhanced salaries by 400% of their MLA and in addition got allotted 4-4 Govt. Flats, Office and other Govt. Facilities to Surinder Singh like MLA is not differentiating their word and deed but are also looting the public money and spending on their MLA’s and are also spending Public money on their personal advertisements. They are confusing the people with their cheap & petty politics.  They use to take the credit of the completed works and to escape from their in capabilities, blame Modi ji and BJP of un-fulfilled works.

Shri Tanwar further told that Surinder Singh address himself as Commando and is making fool of the people by projecting himself as hero in the 26/11 extremist strike but the fact is that he ran away from the spot and that is the reason his pension has been stopped by the government and even denied of commendation certificate & medal and bravery prize.  It is learnt that he was dismissed from Army as Naik.  Actually he is master mind of cheating and recently Police Station Jhajjar at Haryana has registered a case against him under section 420 of IPC of fraud and cheating in the matter of Fake & Bogus Degree.  Furthermore he inclined in the cases of manhandling, threatening, attempted abduction of NDMC employees and under SC&ST Act for utterance of “JAATI SOOCHAK SHABAD” and other heinous crimes.  If this continues, Aam Aadmi Party MLA’s who have already made a record of going to jail will also get this government their name entered in the history for heinous crimes.
