BJP to go to Election Commission against AAP naming Government Schemes after its own name

Leader of Opposition Vijender Gupta today said that it will go to the Election Commission against AAP naming the Government Schemes after its own name. He termed the naming of Aam Admi Bus Service by AAP Government as not only immoral but also legally untenable.  He said that no political party can exploit its name to gain popularity at the cost of Government schemes and revenue.  He said that he will take up the matter to the Election Commission and will request it to restrain AAP from misusing its name.  He said that in the history of India, no political party has misused its name the way AAP is using. Mr. Gupta said that no political party should promote itself in the name of Government schemes and funds.  But AAP is unscrupulously exploiting its name.  It has already opened 22 half cooked Aam Admi Clinics against the 1000 full fledged clinics.  AAP Government has started Aam Admi Bus Service but actually withdrawn 1000 buses from roads since it came into power.

Mr. Gupta warned that BJP alongwith Delhi citizens will come on roads against the policy of drinking habit promotion by the AAP Government.  He said that boasting that the Government has doubled is immoral when it is at the cost of promoting drinking habits.  He said that BJP supports Swaraj Abhiyan that AAP has blindly promoted the sale of hard drinks in Delhi.  It has already opened 58 new shops since it came to power.  It is ironic that the party which aims to curb intoxication in Punjab is promoting drinking in Delhi.  

Leader of Opposition said that AAP has thrown Gandhiji’s principle of prohibition to wind.  It has spent only Rs. 7.76 lakhs on creating awareness against habit of drinking.  It does not think twice in spending crores on self publicity.  The revenue on sale of wine has increased from 830 to 1500 crores at prohibitive cost of public health.  It is the same Government which wanted to promote night life but withdrew under pressure from BJP and public alike.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
