KEJRIWAL’S WHITE LIES ON DISCOMS EXPOSED

  • IT WAS THE HIGH COURT NOT LG WHO CANCELLED THE DELHI GOVERNMENT ORDER

Leader of Opposition Shri Vijender Gupta has strongly criticized CM Arvind Kejriwal for spreading lies that LG had called the file regarding Delhi Government’s  order on DISCOMS penalty 15 days back  and cancelled its order.  The truth is that Delhi High Court itself has observed in its judgment dated 4th August 2016 that the Delhi Government order is invalid. He emphasized that keeping in view the High Court judgment, the CM’s assertion stands completely exposed.  In fact, Kejriwal is suffering from Central Government-LG phobia which is being reflected in his wild allegations.
Mr. Gupta said that the Hon’ble High Court has observed that the order of the Delhi Government is illegal and unconstitutional because no such order can be issued without taking LG into confidence.  It had cancelled the order issued by the Power Department of Delhi Government.
Leader of Opposition said that Kejriwal Government is in fact violating the orders of Hon’ble High Court.  If it has any doubt, the Government should go to the Supreme Court.  But the Kejriwal Government has no faith in democratic values.  It wants to serve its political aim by misleading the public.

Mr. Gupta said that Kejriwal stands exposed as the LG office has now clarified that it had neither specifically called the file nor cancelled the order so far. The order has been cancelled by the High Court due to Constitutional infirmities.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
