FIR against Aam Aadmi Party Delhi Cantt MLA Shri Surender Singh

Press Statement by Sr. B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar on Tuesday the 02nd of August 2016
Today Sr. B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA Shri Karan Singh Tanwar in the press conference told that Haryana Police AT Jhajjar Police Station have registered a case under section 420 IPC (Fraud and Cheating) on 29.07.2016 against Aam Aadmi Party Delhi Cantt MLA Shri Surender Singh in the matter of bogus, fabricated and fake B.A. degree and employment as Teacher in Haryana’s Jhajjar Govt. Sr. Secondary School on the basis of this forged and fake degree.  Shri Tanwar termed this as one more falsification of Kejriwal Govt.

Shri Tanwar while addressing the Press Reporters told that Surender Singh is corrupt, oppressor and vicious type of person who has made crores of rupees by running the bogus degree racket.  He has made lakhs of rupees by selling 10th, 12th, B.A. & M.A. bogus degrees and mark sheets to hundreds of people.  On the basis of these fake degrees he was doing Govt. job and had also procured the government teacher job for his wife in Govt. School at Bahadurgarh (Haryana) on the basis of this fake degree.  He was removed from the post of Nayak in Army and has declared himself as Commando and he is bullying and by his hooliganism is cheating the people.  Is he not a blot on the face of Army?
Shri Tanwar while revealing the falsification of Surender Singh told that he was removed from the Army in October 2011 and he had shown as B.A. Pass from Sikkim University in 2012 in the Affidavit filed during the contesting of Delhi Vidhan Sabha Elections in 2013 and 2015.  In the case related to Election disqualification of Bogus Degree in the High Court of Delhi, he had shown mark sheets of EIILM University for the years 2009, 2010 & 2011. The owners of this EIILM University were arrested way back on the charges of making and selling of Fake Degrees. Not even this but in the Army’s discharge slip, Surender Singh’s highest education is mentioned as Sr. Secondary.  Now question arises that if a person who is on job in Army till October 2011 then how he has obtained degree by pursuing as Regular Student in year 2009, 2010 and 2011? Further Assistant Registrar of Sikkim University through RTI has informed that no person namely Surrender Singh son of Shri Sher Singh was enrolled neither in Sikkim University nor any of the affiliated colleges of Sikkim University as stated in his Election Affidavit for Delhi Legislative Assembly.  The officials of Sikkim University have also told that there is no distant education in Sikkim University.  It is clear that if Surender Singh claims that he has obtained degree from distant education and not as regular is also fraud.  Shri Surender Singh on his Face Book account has shown himself as he has obtained education from Delhi University.  For obtaining AAP Ticket for Vidhan Sabha he had written his educational qualification as M.A.  His vicious nature can be imagined on the basis that one place he shows him as B.A. and second place as M.A. some where Sikkim University and some where Delhi University and Sr. Secondary in Govt. documents.  (Shri Tanwar in support of facts also showed documents to Press Reporters).
Shri Tanwar further questioned about the Surender Singh’s claim that by mistake he has written Sikkim University whereas he has obtained degree from EIILM University.  The owners of this EIILM University were arrested way back on the charges of making and selling of Fake Degrees. Apparently, Fake Degree and Govt. employment on this fake degree is not only a fraud but it is a Crime and for this he has to be jailed and recovery of salary drawn during the period as Teacher along with interest.
Shri Tanwar further told that he is master mind of Arvind Kejriwal’s corrupt and false Delhi Government whose Aam Aadmi Party MLA’s are daily exposed in falsification, corruption and scams and other serious offences.  There are number of criminal cases registered against him.  Criminal proceedings are going on in Patiala House Courts in the Bogus Degree Case.  A way back before Delhi Vidhan Sabha Elections, a case of man handling and beating under section 325 is registered in the Bahadurgarh Police Station , Haryana.  An Election disqualification case is also sub-judice in the Court of Hon’ble Justice Hema Kohli of Delhi High Court. A case under section 367, 511, 186, 332, 353, 506of IPC in the matter of collection of Bribe from NDMC employees of Enforcement department and Manhandling, Abusive language, abduction etc to them is registered and he was even  jailed under Section 3 and 10 of SC/ST Act. By this It can be imagined that this MLA is corrupt and dishonest.  Delhi Chief Minister Shri Arvind Kejriwal who has captured the seat by making false promises and whose MLA’s serious offences which are exposed daily if has any shame and dignity should resign immediately.

At last Shri Tanwar urged Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri Raj Nath Singhi for externment of this MLA and high level investigation be ordered of his Bogus Degree racket.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
