DESPERATE ROBBER AND ACTIVE MEMBER OF DANISH-MONU GANG OPERATING IN DELHI/NCR ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested a desperate robber Mohd. Intjar Ali (34 yrs) s/o Chhote Khan, r/o H.No.148, Block No.33/32, Trilokpuri, Delhi, member of Danish-Monu gang operating in Delhi/NCR. He was involved in a robbery case of NOIDA, in which he alongwith his associates had robbed a Honda City car near Wave Mall, NOIDA.
INFORMATION, TEAM & OPERATION:-
          On 05.07.2016, ASI Yudhveer Singh received a secret information that a desperate robber Mohd. Intjar Ali, who was wanted in a robbery/carjacking case of PS Sector-20, NOIDA, UP would come near Goyla Dairy, Dwarka, New Delhi to meet his associates. Accordingly, a team of SWR led by ACP Sanjay Sehrawat consisting of Inspr. P.C. Khanduri, SI Data Ram, ASI Yudhveer Singh, HCs Bijender, Satyender, Dinesh, Nitin, Cts. Rajeev and Parveen was constituted under close supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh and a trap was laid at the expected place of his arrival.
          At about 11.10 AM, the accused was successfully intercepted by the Crime Branch team when he came in a ‘UBER’ Cab Taxi, Xcent No.DL 1R TA 2864 from Dwarka side. Sensing presence of police, accused tried to flee away, but was successfully apprehended by the team. He was arrested u/s 41.1 Cr.PC and the ‘UBER’ cab recovered from his possession was also seized. The accused is earlier involved in a case of robbery of PS Pandav Nagar.  
PROFILE AND INTERROGATION:-
          Mohd. Intjar Ali belongs to a lower middle class family. He studied upto 7th standard. However, he fell in bad company and quit his studies. Meanwhile, he learnt driving and worked as a taxi driver. Presently, he was operating a taxi with ‘UBER Cabs’. About one year ago, he joined ‘Danish-Monu’ gang which was active in East Delhi and NCR. The gang would use his ‘UBER Cab’ while committing crime to distract police attention.
          In 2015, he was arrested in a case of robbery of PS Pandav Nagar registered vide FIR No.174/15 dated 18.03.15 u/s 392/397/34 IPC. About 2 months ago, he alongwith his gang members robbed Honda City car near Wave Mall Sector-20, NOIDA. A case vide FIR No.668/16 u/s 392/397/ 34 IPC, PS Sector-20, NOIDA, UP was registered in this regard. His associates were arrested in the case while he was absconding. The gang was involved in various cases of robbery/Arms Act.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
