DESPERATE CRIMINAL DEEPAK DABAS – CARRYING A REWARD OF ONE LAKH RUPEES - ARRESTED

Desperate criminal Deepak Dabas S/o Rajbir Singh R/o Village Majra Dabas, Delhi  involved in  the sensitive murder case of one Devender Rathi R/o Begumpur, Delhi and other many heinous crimes of Murder, Armed Robbery, Snatching, Attempt to murder etc. was arrested on 06.07.2016 from Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi.

         Accused Deepak, a member of Ajay Barwala Gang had shot dead Devender Rathi in a daring and cold blooded manner at Begumpur on 29.01.2016. Later on, he was arrested in Begumpur on 29.02.2016 after an encounter at Sec-24, Rohini, Delhi. He was arrested along with his accomplices Ashsih @ Deva, Pardeep and Sunil and 10 fire arms were also recovered from his possession.

         On 11.04.2016 Deepak escaped from judicial custody while being escorted to a court at Kharkhoda, Sonipat. A case vide FIR No. 194/16 U/s 223/224/34 IPC was registered at PS Bawana. Subsequently Deepak became more desperate and dangerous and committed a number of heinous crimes after his escape. These cases are as follows:

Deepak Dabas and his accomplices robbed a Verna car (White colour) of one businessman Nitin Aggarwal on gun point.

        
         In the latest incident dated 20/6/16 the accused Deepak along with his accomplices Ajay and two other persons had planned to kill Manjeet Kumar because of an old standing rivalry.  Manjeet was the Brother-in-law of Devender Rathi whom they had earlier murdered on 29/1/16 because of a rivalry of cable TV business.  Even on 20/6/16 these criminals again came fully prepared and in a most daring and desperate manner attempted to kill Manjeet in broad day light in full public view.  However, Manjeet managed to escape narrowly.  Immediately after the incident, their Motorcycle did not start and in an attempt to escape they opened fire at the passersby with a view to rob a motorcycle for their escape.  In their attempt they injured two passersby whereas Deepak himself got accidently shot from one of his own accomplices during the indiscriminate firing that they had resorted to.  When they realised that Deepak had got shot and they needed a bigger vehicle for their escape, they robbed a Hyundai Verna Car from a businessman from the dividing road of Sector-23 and Sector-24, Rohini in the area of PS Begumpur.  Deepak had been hiding at different places during the last two weeks while recuperating from the injury that he had sustained.

         A reward of Rs. One Lakh had been declared on the arrest of Deepak by the Delhi Police.
A team supervised by ACP Vikas Kumar, IPS and led by Insp. Dharamvir Sinigh, SHO/PS Kanjahwala had been constantly and untiringly following his movements after the escape at Bawana. On 06.07.2016 Deepak Dabas was arrested on the basis of secret information from his hideout at Sant Nagar, Burari. The team included SI Devender, SI Sapan, HC Begraj, Ct. Vinod, Ct. Paramjit Singh and Ct. Anil.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
