BLIND DOUBLE MURDER CASE OF MOTHER & DAUGHTER SOLVED
A Team of P.S. Alipur Outer District has arrested three accused persons including one tantric and one lady, who killed her mother in law and sister in law. The dead bodies of the victims were recovered from the fields after digging down 8 feet.
DETAILS OF ARRESTED ACCUSED PERSONS :
1. Pardeep Kumar S/o Sh Jai Parkash R/o H.No 63, Village Mukhmelpur, Delhi Age 38 Year
2. Ikramuddin S/o Phoolsah R/o Village Bakhtavarpur Delhi Age 61 Year.
3. Sudesh W/o Sh Amardeep R/o H.No 225, Village Mukhmelpur Delhi Age 40 years.
INCIDENT
On 14.06.16, a missing report of Smt. Indrawati & Geeta Devi was got registered in PS Alipur by Ravinder S/o Sh Joginder (grandson of Smt. Indrawati) regarding missing of his grandmother (Naani) and aunt(Mausi), as they had not returned home since afternoon of 13th June. Later, on 17-06-2016, on the complaint of Amardeep s/o Lt Sh Baljeet (Indrawati’s Son) a case was registered vide FIR No 390/16 u/s 365 IPC as complainant alleged that someone had abducted his mother Indrawati & sister Geeta. During the course of investigation complainant Amardeep, Ravinder and other family members raised suspicion on several persons including one Ranbir s/o Dayanand Khatri R/O Village Narela (Husband of missing lady Geeta); one Ravi Kumar (who had purchased property from Late Pardeep s/o Deceased Indrawati’s son); one Rajpal r/o village Mukhmelpur (Neighbor of Indrawati who occasionally quarrelled with Indrawati) and other persons of Village Mukhmailpur who were involved in different legal cases with the family members of the missing ladies.
INVESTIGATION AND INTERROGATION:
In the supervision of ACP/Alipur Sh Rajnish a team consisting of SHO Alipur, Sh Suresh Kumar, Insp. Investigation Sh. Satish Kumar, S.Is Jaibir, Jagbir, Ravinder, Manoj & Gajender, ASI Naresh Rana, Hc Rajkumar, Hc Krishan, and Ct Jaideep, Attar, Amit, was constituted. The team made sincere efforts and gathered intelligence about the persons who had any kind of dispute with the missing ladies. Over 200 different persons were interrogated during the course of investigation. Geeta had been occasionally quarreling with Smt. Sudesh W/o Sh Amarjeet (daughter in law of Indrawati) and both had sour relationship. Both parties were not easy with each other. Smt Sudesh and Amardeep were also interrogated.
During the course of investigation, it was revealed that Pardeep S/o Sh. Jai Parkash R/o Village Mukhmelpur Delhi used to cultivate the field of Indrawati but for the last 3-4 months Indrawati had raised objection over his sowing the fields. It was learnt from reliable sources in the village that Pardeep Kumar has regular talks with Sudesh. On 07.07.16, accused Pardeep Kumar was interrogated by the team and later on individually by the team members. Earlier accused Pardeep had misguided the team on different occasions and tried to divert the investigation from his side to other suspected persons. Even Sudesh had visited in police station and created ruckus demanding to nab the culprits.
During interrogation several inconsistencies were observed in the different versions given by accused Pardeep when he was interrogated earlier. Further sustained and thorough interrogation was carried out confronting him with his previous versions and he finally broke down and confessed his offence and stated that he used to visit the house of deceased Smt. Indrawati as he was sowing her fields from last four years. During this he noticed that there were differences of serious nature between Smt. Indrawati and her daughter in law Smt. Sudesh. Smt. Indrawati had also lodged complaints against her. Accused Pardeep Kumar further disclosed that he had regular talks with Sudesh Devi W/o Amardeep and she stated before him that she wanted to eliminate Geeta and Indrawati as they had created lot of problems in her life since her marriage. Due to them she had spent 7 years at her parent’s house. Accused Pardeep arranged a meeting with a Tantric named Ikramudin @ Khan S/o Phoolsah with Sudesh Devi and he showed some Tantric art and gained confidence of Smt Sudesh. Later on Smt Sudesh Kumari offered a sum of Rs 6 lacs to both persons to eliminate them. Accused Pardeep and Ikramudin hatched a plan to win the confidence of Indrawati and Geeta. Geeta Devi and Indrawati also wanted to get rid of Sudesh because of the problems being faced by them due to her. Pradeep got Ikrammudin to meet Inderawati and Geeta Devi. Ikrammudin again showed some Tantirk tricks to them and said he could arrange evil spirits at an isolated place who would do their job, and thus they managed to win the trust of Indrawati and Geeta Devi. On 13.06.2016, accused Pardeep Kumar called Geeta Devi and Smt. Indrawati and took them in his private vehicle. Accused Pardeep Kumar took them to Village Bakhtavarpur where Ikramudin met and they offered them juice spiked with sleeping pills. After this, they reached at the tube well of Pardeep where the ceremony to meet with evil spirits was to be conducted. In the room of tube well, when both the ladies fainted due to sleeping pills, Pardeep kumar and Ikrammudin murdered both the ladies with their chunni and wires. After this in the night they both put both the deceased ladies in a pit in the fields, which had already been dug out by the accused persons.
Accused Pardeep Rana was arrested and at the instance of accused Pardeep, Ikramudin was arrested. Later on during the course of investigation, at the instance of accused Pardeep and Ikramudin dead bodies of Geeta and Indrawati were recovered from the fields on 07.07.16.
After this Smt. Sudesh W/o Amarjeet was interrogated who also confessed her guilt. Sudesh disclosed that deceased Indrawati and Geeta had landed property worth about Rs 6 crore. Sudesh made a plan to eliminate Indrawati and Geeta Devi so that their share of property would come to her children.
Dead bodies of Smt. Indrawati and Smt. Geeta have been recovered from the fields after digging 8 feet with the help of JCB machine in the fields of Pardeep.
