‘AAP BUILDING PRESSURE ON POLICE NOT TO ACT DECISION TO FILE WRIT PETTITION IN THE HIGH COURT AGAINST POLICE TO INTIMIDATE IT "

Leader of Opposition today said that AAP is now acting out of nervousness as police cases have been registered against its 11 MLAs so far.  It is scared of occurrence of any more police cases .  But, in place of controlling the crime-probe tendencies of its vulnerable MLAs, it is building up pressure on police so that it withdraws into shell out of fear.  AAP’s decision to file writ petition in Hon’ble High Court is a part of this well- thought on strategy of intimidation. He said that this is dangerous for the law and order situation as well as security and dignity of women in Delhi.

Leader of Opposition said that police has acted against AAP MLAs on the basis of clear- cut cases under relevant sections of IPC .  The police have acted within the jurisdiction of law. Attributing police action to PM, Centre and Delhi and Punjab Police is politically motivated.
Mr. Gupta said that AAP wants to prevent further police action against its MLAs at any cost.  Whenever there is police action against any MLA, huge crowds gather outside police station and create law and order problem.   Even yesterday when the news of the arrest of Amanatullah Khan spread, thousands of his supporters created law and order problem.  Even ambulances and emergency vehicles were not allowed to move thereby endangering the lives of the citizens.  The MLA’s wife alleged that her husband was badly slapped.  All this is being done to derail police action.  It is part of well thought AAP strategy.

Leader of Opposition said that AAP MLAs do not allow expression of dissent.  He said that some residents of Okhla have filed a written complaint with the police commissioner and other senior officer that on an intervening night of 16.7.2016 at around 09.30 PM the above said MLA- Amanatullah visited the place of protest along with 25 other persons accompanying him including central team of AAP and tried to create a scene and attempted to scuffle with the peaceful protestors.  MLA crossed all limits and abused and threatened if such protests are not called off, he will cut of their bodies into pieces and throw in the Yamuna.  Mr. Gupta asked that a FIR should be filed as demanded by protesters.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
