DEFAMATION CASE FILED BY SHRI KARAN SINGH TANWAR AGAINST CHIEF MINISTER, SHRI ARWIND KEJRIWAL, CONVENOR SHRI DILIP PANDEY, MLA, OKHLA,  SHRI AMANTULLAH KHAN & MLA, DELHI CANTT. SHRI SURENDER SINGH u/s 500 of IPC IN THE COURT OF HON’BLE METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATE SHRI HARVINDER SINGH AT PATIALA HOUSE COURTS


Press Statement by Sr. B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA (Delhi Cantt.), Shri Karan Singh Tanwar on Tuesday, the 24th January 2017 -
Today Senior B.J.P. Leader, Delhi State, Vice Chairman, NDMC and Former MLA (DelhI Cantt.), through this publication stated that a defamation criminal case of murder of Late Shri MM Khan, Law Officer, NDMC, has been registered against S/Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister, Delhi, Mr. Dilip Pandey, Convenor, Mr. Amantullah Khan, MLA, Okhla and Commando Surender Singh, MLA, Delhi Cantt.  in the court of Hon’ble Metropolitan Magistrate Shri Harvinder Singh, Patiala House, under section 500 of IPC. Keeping in view the gravity & detailed investigation of the case listed it for hearing on 18th March, 2017, so that the witnesses may be examined.
It is pertinent to mention here that on 16th May 2016, NDMC’s Dy. Law Officer, Late Shri MM Khan, who was hearing the case of eviction  proceedings of occupants of Connaught Hotel, New Delhi, as Estate Officer, NDMC, was got murdered brutally by Shri Ramesh Kakkar, licencee  through his 6 hired  goons / accomplices. Within 24 hours, police in a commendable performance, arrested all the criminals along with Mr. Ramesh Kakkar and sent in judicial custody at  Tihar Jail.
Shri Tanwar further stated that on 6th May 2016, he has requested Shri Najeeb Jung, the then Lt. Governor, Delhi, to appoint some outside agency viz. L&DO in place of Shri MM Khan in the interest of justice, as Mr. Khan was working as Dy. Law Officer, NDMC and the property was also owned by NDMC. Inspite of directions from the Hon’ble Court, Shri Khan could neither finalize the proceedings within a period of six months perhaps owing to interference  and tremendous pressure from officers and nor could hold hearing on day to day basis in compliance with Court’s directions.
Shri Tanwar further highlighted that owing to the letter dt. 6.5.2016, written by him to the  Lt. Governor, Delhi, for appointing an independent / outside  agency viz. L&DO, the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party S/Shri Arwind Kejriwal, Dilip Pandey, Amantullah Khan and Surender Singh for two months leveled allegations being involved in the murder conspiracy of Late Shri MM Khan in national leading dailies, electronic media and social media besides through press publication and conferences thus giving a very wide publicity to tarnish and malign his political image of over  40 years. They made all out efforts to malign and ruin image and political carrier so that people may start hating and considering him as a culprit of Shri Khan’s murder.
Not only this, Shri Kejriwal, Shri Dilip Pandey, Shri Amantullah Khan and Shri Surender Singh called a special session of Delhi Legislative Assembly and discussed this issue and passed a resolution for his (Tanwar’s) arrest and also conveyed to  the Lt. Governor, Delhi. Their basic intention was to somehow trap me in the frivolous and concocted murder conspiracy of Late Shri Khan to ruin my political carrier / personal life thus indirectly forced me for suicidal attempt through their concocted propaganda and fake wide publicity continuously  for two months.
Shri Tanwar further stated that twice / thrice he was given clean chit by the Delhi Police from this murder but the Aam Aadmi Party continued their efforts through candle march, protests and demonstrations just to malign and tarnish my image as well as image of Bhartiya Janta Party. As a matter of fact neither my name was figuring in the FIR nor any witness leveled any allegation against me. Even the aggrieved family members of Shri Khan were also instigated to speak against me.

Thus summoning up Shri Tanwar stated that under the prevailing circumstances, he filed a defamation case against the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party in the court of Hon’ble Metropolitan Magistrate Shri Harvinder Singh,  to bring the leaders of Aam Aadmi Party in the clutches / grip of law and order for maligning and tarnishing my image/carrier.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
