Trafficked Assamese Minor Girl, Rescued from Delhi

Crime Branch received an information from SSP, CID, Assam, Guwahati that one girl aged 15 years has been trafficked to Delhi by some of the family members. It is alleged that victim girl was lured for a job and handed over to one placement agency L.G. Enterprises, 3rd Floor, Shakurpur, Delhi. A case vide FIR No.15/15 u/s 366-a/372/373/34 ipc was registered at PS Kaliabor, Assam in this regard.

Team of Anti Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) of Crime Branch led and guided by DCP Dinesh Kumar Gupta and consisting of ACP Ranbir Singh, Inspr. Kishore Pandey, HCs Ramesh and Ramesh with NGO Shakti Vahini reached at J-138, Shakurpur, Anandvas, Delhi in search of L.G. Enterprises Placement Agency. During enquiry, it was found that agency has shifted to G-506, 2nd Floor, Shakurpur, Delhi. The team alongwith NGO checked the record of the placement agency and found that the victim girl has been employed as domestic worker at West Enclave, Delhi. The victim girl was rescued and sent to Nirmal Chhaya on the verbal directions of CWC, Awantika, Rohini, Delhi. The victim girl has been lodged at Nirmal Chhaya by order Child Welfare Committee and information has been given with P.S. Kaliabor, Assam for appropriate action.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi. MOST WANTED GANGSTER NAMELY GYANENDER @ GADGU REWARDEE OF RS.1 LAC ALONGWITH HIS ASSOCIATE RAJIV DAHIYA @ RAJU ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt.
