GANG OF INTERSTATE ROBBERS BUSTED

Crime Branch has apprehended notorious and interstate desperate
 robber of Asif gang namely Asif, Danish and Amit. One stolen bike which was used in committing various robberies in Delhi and UP has been recovered at their instance. With their arrest, total 8 cases of robbery/ dacoity and auto-theft have been solved.
        On 30.05.2015, information was received by HC Praveen Kumar that a desperate criminal involved in various cases of robbery in Delhi and UP would come to meet his associates at Bank Colony, Mandawali Extension. Accordingly, a team led by DCP M.A. Rizvi, consisting of ACP R.K.Tyagi, Inspr. Ashish Kumar Dubey, SI Rajeev Kakkar, HCs Ajay Kumar, Parveen, Mahavir, Jitender Kumar, Rakesh, Sudhir, and Ct. Karnal Yadav was constituted under the supervision of Addl. C.P. Ashok Chand to nab him. The team conducted a raid and one robber, who was later identified as Danish, was apprehended. On his pointing out, the kingpin of the gang namely Asif was also nabbed. During sustained interrogation, they disclosed that they had stolen a TVS Apache bike from PS Gandhi Nagar area and committed number of robberies and dacoities in Delhi and UP alongwith their associates Amit r/o Trilok Puri and others.  On their pointing out, a trap was laid near LPG godown Ghazipur Road and the accused Amit alongwith the stolen bike was nabbed.
On sustained interrogation, the trio confessed to have committed a spate of robberies in PS Bhajan Pura area. Danish confessed that he is involved in a robbery case of PS Nand Nagri.  They also confessed to have committed sensational dacoity and robbery in Bareilly and Lakhimpur Khiri of UP.  With their arrest, the following eight cases of robbery and auto-theft of Delhi have been worked out.
1.           FIR No.173/15 u/s 379/411/34 IPC, PS Gandhi Nagar, Delhi.
2.           FIR No.42/15 u/s 392/397/34 IPC, PS Bhajan Pura, Delhi.
3.           FIR No.174/15 u/s 392 IPC, PS Bhajan Pura, Delhi.
4.           FIR No.596/15 u/s 392/34 IPC, PS Bhajan Pura, Delhi.
5.           FIR No.903/14 u/s 394/397/34 IPC, PS Nand Nagri, Delhi.
6.           FIR No.136/15 u/s 392/34 IPC, PS Mohammadi, Distt. Lakhimpur Khiri, UP.
        They have further disclosed their involvement in dacoity of Rs.80 lac from a businessman in Bareilly and Rs.4 lac from the area of Lakhimpur Khiri from 2-3 persons. Apart from Apache bike, they also used a Xylo car (reportedly looted by Arif their gang member) and a Santro car in the commission of these crimes in UP. The same are being verified.    

1.           Accused Asif Ali s/o Mashuk Ali r/o Sunder Nagri, Nand Nagri Delhi, was born in 1986 at village Samshabad, Distt. Etah, UP. A school dropout, he studied upto 8th standard from Govt. School Sunder Nagari Delhi. Thereafter, for earning quick money, he  came in contact with bad elements. He got married to the sister of Danish (active member of his gang) 10 years ago and started committing chain snatchings, robberies & other crimes. He is involved in about 30 cases of robbery/dacoity, theft and snatching etc. Asif is also a bad character of PS Nand Nagri. His other gang members are disclosed to be Arif ( a wanted notorious robber of UP carrying a reward of Rs.2500/- from UP on his arrest), Mukarram (other brother- in-law of Asif), Anwar, Thakur, Bhura and Sunil Yadav.

2.           Accused Danish s/o Sharafat Ali r/o sunder Nagri was born in 1994 in Sunder Nagri, Delhi. A school dropout, he studied up to 5th standard from Govt. School Sunder Nagri, Delhi. Thereafter, he joined the gang of Asif. He started chain snatching, robbery & other crimes and is previously involved in more than 7 cases. He is also wanted in a robbery case of PS Nand Nagri. Proceedings for declaring him a proclaimed offender are in progress in this case.

3.           Accused Amit s/o Devi Singh r/o Trilok Puri was born in 1981 in Baghpat, Uttar Pardesh. He could not study due to poverty. His father expired due to illness about 10 years ago.  He was living with his sister in Rana Park where he started working in a factory. After some time, he left the job and started working in a meat shop. There he came in contact with bad elements and in order to earn easy money to meet his lifestyle, he joined Asif gang. He started chain snatching, robbery & other crime and is earlier involved in more than 12 cases and is also a bad character of PS Trilok Puri, Delhi.

Two Gangsters Including Kingpin Shiva Suri and His Associate Avdesh @ Gabbar Arrested

A team of Special Cell led by Insp. Attar Singh under the supervision of Sh. Sandeep Byala, ACP has arrested kingpin Shiva Suri (age-22 years) s/o Suresh Suri r/o B-55, Sanik Nagar, Nawada, Delhi and his associate namely Avdesh Yadav @ Gabbar (age-27 years) s/o Rajender Singh r/o RZ-193, Jain Colony, Part-1, Uttam Nagar, Delhi on 14-03-2015. One pistol of 09 MM alongwith 04 live cartridges has been recovered from possession of Shiva Suri. MOST WANTED GANGSTER NAMELY GYANENDER @ GADGU REWARDEE OF RS.1 LAC ALONGWITH HIS ASSOCIATE RAJIV DAHIYA @ RAJU ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt.
