Gang Of Car Jackers/ Robbers Busted

  Ø  1 PISTOL AND 1 DESI KATTA, 2 SWIFT CARS, 5 LIVE ROUNDS RECOVERED.

A team of Special Staff of South West, comprising SI Naveen Kumar, ASI Dharambir, ASI Mahabir Singh, ASI Rambeer, HC Pawan,  HC Kuldeep, HC Dheer Singh, Constable Ashwani,Constable Ashok Kumar, Constable Praveen, Constable Ravinder and Constable Dharmendra under the close supervision of Insp. Ramesh Kumar and overall supervision of ACP Balraj Singh Dahiya has busted a desperate gang of robbers/car jackers by arresting 2 persons operating in south west Delhi. 2 cases of car robberies have been solved.

Accused Persons Arrested:      
1.    Satender @ Bhinda S/O Darshan Singh R/O HN-136, X-Block, New Roshan Pura, Najafgarh, Delhi.  Age-20 years
(Previously involved in FIR No. 180/14 U/S 341/307/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act PS Chhawla)

2.    Sumit @ Monu S/O Ishwar Singh R/O VPO- Mundhela Khurd, Najafgarh, Delhi Age-22 years

Due to the increasing number of incidents of robbery/ car jacking in south west district, a team of officers of special staff was constituted to develop criminal intelligence about the gang of robbers/car jackers active and operating in the area. The team worked day & night relentlessly to get the clue. On 19.06.2015, a specific information was received by the team that two persons named Satender @ Bhinda and Sumit @ Monu involved in car jackings would come  near Chhawla Drain Road at about 06:30 -07:00 PM. On this information, a trap was laid & 2 persons were intercepted in a white Swift Dzire Car. They were identified as Satender @ Bhinda S/O Darshan Singh R/O H.N.-136, X-Block, New Roshan Pura, Najafgarh, Delhi & Sumit @ Monu S/O Ishwar Singh R/O VPO- Mundhela Khurd, Najafgarh, Delhi. 1 Pistol, 1 Katta,  5 Live Cartridges were recovered from their possession. The Swift Dzire Car was found robbed from the area of PS Chhawla.  Accordingly a case FIR No. 220/15 u/s 412/482/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act PS Dwarka Sector-23 was registered and both the accused persons were arrested. One Swift VDi Car stolen by them from the area of PS Janak Puri was also recovered from their instance.  Both accused used to commit  robberies to earn quick money and  impress their girlfriends and would take their girlfriends on long drives in the robbed vehicles. Satender @ Bhinda used to keep illegal weapons with him to influence his friends and has an intention to become don/dada of Najafgarh area. He had Rs. 50000 reward on his head in 2014 as he had fired upon a local resident of najafgarh in a road rage incident.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi. Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt.
