SUPREME COURT’s REBUKE TO DELHI GOVERNMENT

ON DENGUE AND CHIKANGUINYA SHOWS THAT FOR KEJRIWAL
POLITICS FIRST, GOVERANCE LAST

Leader of Opposition, Vijender Gupta, said that reacting to the situation with regard to dengue and Chikanguinya, the Supreme Court’s  rebuke to CM Arvind Kejriwal shows that for him the politics come first, governance last.  People of Delhi, orphaned by the AAP Government, are feeling cheated.  When falsely informed by Delhi Government that due to health reasons, Delhi Chief Minister could not attend LG meeting on the dreaded diseases, the  Supreme Court,  told Delhi Government that they were informed that he was in Gujrat when the meeting was held.  It exposes the lies of the Delhi Government before the Supreme Court.  It also shows that the Chief Minister is more concern about Gujrat and Punjab than Delhi.  When the diseases were at the peak in the Delhi the Chief Minister and Ministers were busy in political engagements in other States..  The Leader of Opposition criticized Kejriwal for abandoning Delhiities whom he had promised never to leave on attaining Chiefministership.
CBI INQUIRY NEEDED TO UNVEIL DISAPPEARANCE OF
60 CRORE DONATION TO AAP
Leader of Opposition, Vijender Gupta, today demanded CBI inquiry into disappearance of more than Rs. 60 crores donations  received by the Aam Aadmi Party.  He endorsed the allegations of rebel AAP MLA Col. Devender Sehrawat and others that this act of gross misappropriation of donations is not possible without connivance of top leadership of the party.  He said that it is a matter of concern 1600 entries amounting to more than Rs. 60 crores which was displayed on party web site have been concealed from the Election Commission. The so called honesty and transparency of Kejriwal and Party stands exposed as the list of 26 eminent persons whose donations were displayed at party website were concealed from Income Tax Department and Election Commission.   Despite repeated notices issued by the Income Tax Department, AAP has failed to give clarification as to what led to disappearance or under reporting of public funding.
Vijender Gupta said that AAP leave no stone unturned in claiming transparency in their funding.  They have claimed that public can visit their web site and check and their donations list.  Now it is stands clear that there is a huge gap between the funds received by the party and the details provided to the Election Commission.
Leader of Opposition said that Aam Aadmi Party had come to power in the name of eradication of corruption, appointment of Lokpal, solving the problems of common men, to provide complete security to the women, transparency and integrity in politics.  The tone of their leaders had changed after coming to power.  Now this party is known in the country and the world for corruption, scams, false promises and party which misleads the people, said Vijender Gupta.

21 AAP MLAs USING DELIBERATE, PLANNED AND SUBSTAINED TACTICS TO DELAY THE JUDGMENT
Leader of Opposition, Vijender Gupta, today criticized the 21 MLAs whose case of Parliament Secretary came up today before the Election Commission.  He said that the AAP Government is using delaying tactics in a deliberate, planned and sustained manner to retain their membership as long as possible.  The MLAs are coming with one excuse or the other to get the judgment postponed.  He said that the truth can be delayed but cannot be overpowered.  He hoped that truth will prevail in the long run and the Aam Aadmi Party MLAs will get what they deserve.
