LG & Maheish Girri stand completely exposed in late MM Khan’s murder conspiracy

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has always stood firmly behind officers who have the courage to perform their duty honestly in a corrupt system. The fight for justice for MM Khan, an honest NDMC officer who was murdered, is part of the AAP's fight against corruption. The Aam Aadmi Party has been bringing to the fore incriminating evidence in the form of letters and other documents that point to a clear murder conspiracy. The role of BJP MP Maheish Girri and MCD Vice Chairman Karan Singh Tanwar has also been exposed by AAP. The fact that the perpetrator of this crime has received political patronage from the Bhartiya Janata Party and its leaders is both shocking and disturbing. A leading national daily exposed the role of Delhi's Lt-Governor Najeeb Jung in furthering the interest of Ramesh Kakkar, the hotelier who is the prime accused in the murder of MM Khan and seeking action against the honest officer. This also expose the blatant lies that Mr Maheish Girri has been trying to peddle to save himself from being made a co-accused in the murder. The implication of being caught lying in the course of a murder investigation are very serious and Mr Girrii must face serious consequences for misrepresenting the facts. The NDMC's response after the L-G forwarded Mr Girri's desperate appeal for furthering the interest of the accused and seeking action against an honest officer, the LG and Maheish Girri's bluff has been called. The NDMC quotes a High Court order that has upheld the validity of the cancellation of the license deed, thus not allowing the issue of arbitration to survive. How can Mr Girri claim that he had nothing to do with Mr Kakkar's case in the NDMC? How can he deny his direct involvement in furthering the interests of the prime accused and seeking action against MM Khan? Today, the L-G office has also confirmed AAP's assertion that Mr Girri submitted a letter on behalf of the accused furthering seeking. It is no more the claim of the AAP alone, but even the L-G has admitted that Mr Girri submitted the letter, which he so vehemently has been denying having written. Not only does Mr Girri's lies stand exposed in the eyes of the people, this could also mean legal consequences for the BJP MP. This new revelation makes his role in this case even more significant. AAP demands that Mr Girri resign from his position as an MP, failing which Prime Minister Modi must sack him immediately. Mr Girri must be arrested and his role must be probed thoroughly. What is more shocking about the case, is the timeline of events on and after the day of the murder. Even as Mr Khan was found dead on 16th May, and the police had arrested the accused hotelier Ramesh Kakkar, the L-G deemed it fit to write another time to the NDMC on behalf of the murder accused to further his interest and seeking action against the late officer MM Khan. It is important to note at this juncture that the L-G was doing so on 17th May, by which time it was clear that Mr Kakkar was the prime accused in the murder of the officer the L-G was seeking action against. What is the L-G's interest in repeatedly trying to seek an action that illegally provides the accused a gain of Rs 140 crores? How many times did the L-G meet Mr Kakkar and his lawyers? More importantly, the High Court's order upholding the cancellation of the deed meant that none but the Estate Officer, who in this case was MM Khan, was authorised to adjudicate in the matter. The NDMC's reply to him on 19th May made it clear that the license deed had been cancelled and that therefore no arbitration was possible. The L-G had no locus standi to intervene in this matter. Despite being aware that he had no right or power to interfere in the case, the L-G wrote letter after letter on the behest of Ramesh Kakkar. His acute interest in the matter is highly suspect and warrants a thorough probe as to why the L-G was interested in ensuring illegal benefit to the accused.  The AAP demands that the L-G step down from his position and be arrested by the Police and if he does not resign, the Union Government must sack him.This probe must be carried out by an impartial agency and since the Delhi Police reports to the L-G, it is not in a position to be independent, unless the L-G's powers over the police are suspended. This entire murder conspiracy reeks of a nexus between a corrupt hotelier, who murdered an honest officer, and did so without the fear of law, because of direct political protection and patronage. It appears that protection and patronage has been given by the BJP MP Mahiesh Girri and Karan Singh Tanwar, and after today's revelation, the L-G. Is there a mastermind/boss behind these three players who has orchestrated this conspiracy? The possibility of this must be explored by the investigating agency. A corrupt political system of which the BJP, the L-G and the hotelier sought to take advantage of, has made an honest officer their casualty. Nothing short of immediate arrests of Mr Girri, Mr Tanwar and the L-G and an independent probe into their roles will suffice.
