Agent involved in sending man power illegally to Middle-East countries arrested

With the arrest of a pax namely Deepak Kanojia, aged 30 years  and an agent namely Gaurav Kakkar, aged 25 years, police personnel of IGI Airport succeeded in working out a case of fake travel documents.
Gist of Case: In the intervening night of 22-23/06/2016, one male pax namely Deepak Kanojia S/o Sh. Siya Ram R/o WZ-28, Nangli Zalib, Janak Puri, New Delhi, possessing ECR category Indian passport approached for immigration clearance from Delhi to Dubai on the authority of tourist paper VISA. On scrutiny of travel documents, the pax was offloaded for want of POE clearance. On further scrutiny, number of employment VISA  and number of tourist VISA were found similar. Upon this a case vide FIR No.  233/16, dated 23/06/2016 u/s 420/468/471 IPC was registered at P.S. IGI Airport and investigation taken up in right earnest.

Team: In order to work out the case and for early break through, a dedicated team comprising of Insp. Satish Malik SHO/IGI Airport, SI Pawan Kumar and other staff under the supervision of ACP/IGIA and overall supervision & guidance of the undersigned was constituted .
Break Through: The pax was subjected to sustained interrogation and confronted with hard facts, he could not give any satisfactory reply and broke down. He confessed his involvement in the crime and revealed that the forged tourist paper VISA was arranged to him by one Gaurav Kakkar S/o Late Sh. Jagdish Lal R/o 10/112, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi who charged Rs. 40000/-  for arranging the same.
                The dedicated team kept continue painstaking efforts and succeeded in arresting the agent namely Gaurav Kakkar who further disclosed that his associate namely Hakim Babloo who is presently in Dubai helped him to arrange this forged tourist paper VISA.
Profile of Accused persons:
1.   Deepak Kanojia, aged 30 years S/o Sh. Siya Ram has been residing at WZ-28, Nangli Zalib, Janak Puri, New Delhi and is a school drop out from 10th class. He is currently unemployed.
2.   Gaurav Kakkar, aged 25 years S/o Late Sh. Jagdish Lal has been residing at 10/112, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi who has studied upto graduation from Delhi University. He is unmarried and currently unemployed.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
