DESPERATE ACCUSED WANTED IN 2 CASES OF ATTEMPT TO MURDER ARRESTED

The staff of PS Jahangir Puri, North West District has arrested a desperate criminal wanted in 2 cases of Attempt to Murder Vishal@Gunja@Suryavanshi has been evading arrest since 20.02.2016 in a case of attempt to murder in PS Jahangir Puri area.  He committed another attempt to murder in the area of PS Bhalaswa Dairy.

BRIEF FACTS

Brief facts of the case are that on 20.02.2016 Vishal@Gunja@Suryavanshi & two JCLs attacked one Sahil, the complainant, by firing in Bhalaswa Village, Delhi.  Complainant sustained gunshot injury in his left index finger. During the course of investigation two JCL & one accused Namely Vikas Mishra were apprehended/ arrested. Accused & JCL’s disclosed that they along with accused Vishal @ Ganja, have enmity with complainant Sahil & his relative Lablu.

The same wanted accused i.e. Vishal @ Ganja again fired on one Salim R/O Shardanand Colony, Bhalaswa Dairy with the intention to kill him.  A case FIR No. 334/16 u/s 307/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Ac Dt. 22/6/16 got registered whereby this accused Vishal@Gunja@Suryavanshi already wanted was the accused.

INFORMATION & TEAM 

Keeping in view the nature of incident, a dedicated team consisting SI Naveen Kumar along with PSI Jony ,ASI  Somdev& HC Suresh No. 806/NW under the direct supervision of Insp. Naresh Chander, SHO/Jahangir Puri was constituted and close supervision of Shri Parshant Priya Gautam, ACP/Jahangir Puri to trace the wanted criminal.  Criminal intelligence was developed and the wanted criminal was apprehended within 48 hours of this incident.  As such, he has also been arrested in case FIR No. 334/16 of PS Bhalaswa Dairy also.

Accused Vishal @ Ganja @ Suryavanshi is a matriculate from open school. He belongs to village Newal, District Karnal from where he completed his middle school and they migrated to Delhi. His father died in 2013. He came in contact of Vikash Mishra and jumped in the world of crime. He also told his involvement of PS Parshant Vihar but no record could be found as he was a JCL at the time of facing trial. He committed two major crimes in 2016 and nabbed finally.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
