DREADED & MAIN ACCUSED OF BROAD DAYLIGHT MURDER MANISH @ CHHOLA NABBED BY THE STAFF OF AATS/SOUTH-WEST DISTRICT, NEW DELHI

The sleuths of AATS/SWD have arrested a dreaded criminal & key conspirator/executor of a broad daylight murder case of PS Dwarka South, Delhi namely Manish @ Chhola S/o Lt Raj Singh R/o H No. WZ-623, Palam Village, Chhoti-aal Mohalla, Delhi aged – 32 years.  The motive of the murder was to take revenge of a murder in which close friend of the accused namely Sunil @ Pandit was pinned down by the deceased Nikhil and his associates.  The rivalry between the two groups was 2-3 years old and the accused Manish @ Chhola was not only a childhood and very close friend of Sunil @ Pandit but both of them always stood for each other by their side in need.  Due to murder of Sunil @ Pandit he was hurt very deeply and wanted to murder Nihkil and all of his associates involved in the above murder.  Hence he along with Anil Kumar Vats (brother of Sunil @ Choti) executed the murder of Nikhil in broad day light.  The weapon of offence an English PISTOL of .32 bore, 3 live cartridges and a TVS Scooty used in crime were recovered from his possession.

THE  INCIDENTS :  

On 16/11/2015 at about 10.25 PM Sunil Kumar Vats @ Pandit was murdered at Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi by some assailants which was the result of the ongoing rivalry between the two groups.  A Case FIR No. 888/15 dated 17/11/15 U/s 302/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act at PS Dwarka South, New Delhi was registered.   The accused persons were on the run and absconding since then.  Accused Manish @ Chhola was the close childhood friend of the deceased Sunil Kumar Vats @ Pandit and was  who was deeply hurt deeply by his murder, so he along with Anil Kumar Vats @ Choti (brother of deceased) decided to take the revenge of the above murder on their own.  Hence they along with their associate’s stage planned the murder of Nikhil S/o Satya Parkash, who was co-accused in the above case and were desperately hunting him.  

On 01/02/2016, accused Manish @ Chhola and his associates Anil Kumar Vats @ Choti, Rocky, Dhiraj etc. laid a trap and finally succeeded in tracking and cornering Nikhil S/o Satya Parkash R/o Bangali Colony, PS Dabri, Delhi behind Maxfort School, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi.  Manish @ Chhola pumped a bullet in the chest of Nikhil after which he fell on the ground and to assure his assassination he further fired another bullet in his head from point blank range and fled from the spot.  Injured Nikhil was rushed to Ayushman Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi where he was declared brought dead. A case vide FIR No. 64/2016 u/s 302/506/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act, PS Dwarka (South) was registered in this regard.

INFORMATION, OPERATION & TEAM: -

         A team of AATS South West was tasked to work on the broad daylight murder of Nikhil in which the main executor/conspirator namely Manish @ Chhola was absconding and was at large.  The above murder was the result of ongoing rivalry between the two groups one headed by Sunil Kumar Vats @ Choti and other by Nikhil.  Hence a dedicated team of AATS/South-West under the supervision of Shri Jagjit Singh, ACP/Operations and under the leadership of Insp.Raj Kumar, AATS/SWD comprising of SI Manoj Bhatia, ASI Shaym Singh, HC Vijay, HC Vinod, Ct. Anil, Ct Jagat Singh and Ct Amit was constituted.  The massive human efforts coupled with deft technological penetration & secret information network led to the arrest of criminal Manish @ Chhola.  On 07/02/16 at about 4.10 PM a secret information was received that accused Manish @ Chhola who has executed the murder of Nikhil, will arrive at near Takiya Masjid, Saadh Nagar, Palam Delhi on a TVS Scooty who is having illegal arms and ammunations and is planning to execute more murders of rival gang.  Hence a trap was laid down near Takiya Masjid, Saadh Nagar, Palam Delhi and about 5.30 PM accused Manish @ Chhola was apprehended with TVS Scooty.   A PISTOL along with magzine and 3 live cartridiges of .32 bore was also recovered from his possession. 

INTEROGATION :-

          During interrogation accused Manish @ Chhola revealed that he has studied up to class 10^th from open school and is unemployed.  Sunil Kumar Vats @ Choti was not only his neighbor but was also a very close childhood friend with whom he was attached very affectionately.  He was much more than a fried to him as he stood always by his side in need of hour and had countless memories of good and bad times.   Sunil Kumar Vats @ Choti was having enmity with Nikhil for quite some time and on 16/11/15 Sunil Kumar Vats @ Choti was murdered by Nikhil and his associates, this murder had broken him and was hurt deeply.  Hence he decided to murder all the persons involved in the murder of Sunil Kumar @ Choti, so he along with Anil Kumar Vats (brother of Sunil @ Choti) decided to take the revenge on their own.  On 01/02/16 he pinned down Nikhil and was very desperate to pin down other accused also.

The accused stage planned the broad daylight murder of Nikhil to take revenge and was further planning & was in hunt of other associates of Nikhil and was also desperate to pin them down.   However before his sinister plans could be executed he has been arrested by AATS/South-West.
