DREADED AND NOTORIOUS GANGSTER NAKUL WITH SOPHIISTICATED PISTOL WITH AMMUNITION WANTED IN MURDER OF RETIRED POLICE OFFICER NABBED BY P.S. CHHAWALA, SOUTH-WEST DISTRICT, NEW DELHI

The sleuths of PS CHHAWALA, SWD have arrested a dreaded and notorious gangster namely Nakul S/o Ajeet Singh @ Chiku R/o VPO Ghumanhera, Delhi Aged – 21years of Naveen Khati gang involved in more than 4 cases of Attempt to murder and Arms Act etc..  After coming out from jail he was informed by the Gang leader Naveen Khati that Mehtab, family member of dreaded gangster Ravinder @ Bholu R/o Village Mitroan is to be eliminated as being the sole person doing pairvi of all the cases.

INCIDENT:  
          On 23/12/15 accused Nakul along with Rajesh Khote, Sajjan @ Lala, Neeraj @ Chotee, Baboo Gurjar and Sunil hatched a conspiracy and reached on two motorcycle at village Mitroan to eliminate Mehtab who retired from Delhi Police at the rank of Head Constable and his brother namely Baba. They formed two groups and while one of the group fired indiscriminately & Kelled Mehtab at the spot at village Mitroan & others groups stayed at Mandir to kill Baba, but Baba was not found present at the Mandir.

INVESTIGATION, OPERATION & TEAM:
In view of the gravity of the crime, it became imperative to apprehend the criminals with almost expediency and to that effect a dedicated team of PS Chhawla under the supervision of Sh. Rajender Bhatia ACP/NG and under the leadership of Inspr. Anil Kumar Chauhan, SHO/Chhawla comprising of HC Rakesh, HC Surender, Ct. Sunil, and Ct. Surender was constituted.
          On 26/02/2016 at about 8:30 PM, a secret information was received that accused Nakul would arrive at his house to meet his parents at village Ghumanhera. A trap was laid down and at 9:20 PM accused was apprehended. A semi automatic pistol having inscribed as Made in USA on the barrel with magazine and 03 live cartridges were recovered from his possession. Accordingly a case vide FIR No. 100/16 u/s 25/54/59 Arms Act was registered at PS Chhawla. 

 RECOVERY:-
1. One semi automatic PISTOL (Made in USA) of 7.65 MM
2. 03 live cartridges of 7.65 MM

PROFILE OFACCUSED ARRESTED:-
Accused Nakul S/o Ajeet Singh @ Chikoo is resident of Village Ghumanhera aged 21 yrs is a school dropout. Criminal Naveen Khati used to visit his house & with the passage of time he became his gang member & started committed crime in the area.

 The further investigation of the case is in progress.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
