Two Absconders Wanted in the Murder Case of The Year 2011 Of PS Amanaka, Distt. Raipur, Chhattisgarh Arrested.

Crime Branch has arrested two desperate criminals namely Satender Kumar @ Tinu (33 yrs) s/o Late Balbir Singh r/o VPO Jharoda Kalan, New Delhi and Pritam Kumar (36 yrs) s/o Ram Kumar r/o Dwarka, New Delhi. Both of them were wanted in a case of murder of PS Amanaka, Distt. Raipur, Chhattisgarh since 2011 and cash reward of Rs.15000/- each was declared on their arrest. Satender Kumar @ Tinu was also involved in murder of one O. Juge Singh @ Wongba Khummen, an extremist and leader of Meitei terrorist group known as “Kanglai Yawol Kanna Lup organization (KYKL) of Manipur. Satender Kumar was declared proclaimed offender in this murder case of PS Jaffarpur, Delhi.
            An information was received by Inter State Cell that two persons wanted in a sensational murder would come in the area of Dwarka to meet their associate.  On this information, a team led by ACP KPS Malhotra consisting of Insp. PC Yadav, SI Sandeep Yadav, HCs Dinesh Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Santraj, Kartar, Narender, Cts Brijesh Pandey, Satyawan, Amarpal, Ravinder & Ravi under the supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh and overall supervision of Addl. CP Ashok Chand was constituted. On the basis of information, a trap was laid and the above mentioned persons were apprehended.
          The interrogation of Satender Kumar @ Tinu revealed that he was a transporter and was involved in illegal trade of sandalwood/red sandalwood and teakwood. He used to purchase/ smuggle timber from Manipur and Assam for supplying in Tamilnadu. In the year 2007, his truck was captured by the members of KYKL organization of Manipur, a Meitei Terrorist Group of Manipur and its leader O. Juge Singh had extorted Rs. 8 lac from him to secure the release of his truck. Since then, he had grudge against O. Juge Singh. Meanwhile, he came in contact of one R.K., who was junior to O. Juge Singh in the organization and wanted to replace O. Juge Singh in the outfit. R.K. informed Satender that O. Juge Singh was frequently visiting Delhi and also offered him contract amount of Rs.10 lac to eliminate O. Juge Singh in Delhi. R.K. along with Satender hatched a conspiracy to eliminate O. Juge Singh and Satender further roped in Pardeep @ Bali, Narender and Devender in his plan and provided them logistic support and the weapons. On 03.10.08, Narender alongwith his associates committed daylight double murder in his village Chappar, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana due to personal enmity. Thereafter, he came to the house of Satender in Delhi. On the same night, R.K. informed Satender about O. Juge Singh’s presence at a house in Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi. So they abducted O. Juge Singh from Mukherjee Nagar by posing as Crime Branch officials. They took him to the area Jharoda Kalan and shot him dead near Jharoda village. They wanted to dump the deadbody in Haryana, but ended up dumping the same in the fields of Vill. Mundhela of PS Jafarpur Kalan considering it to be area of Haryana. A case vide FIR No. 106/08 u/s 302/120B/34 IPC was registered at PS Jaffarpur Kalan, Delhi in this regard. He was arrested in this case but after his release on bail in 2011, he did not attend the court and he was declared Proclaimed Offender in this case. Pritam is maternal cousin of Satender Kumar.

          Thereafter, Satender and Pritam settled in Raipur of Chattisgarh and again started working as transporters. They were involved in illegal transport of sandalwood/red sandalwood in the area. Their cousin Rajesh @ Raju was also a transporter in the same area. They had some dispute and on 24/01/2011, both of them killed Rajesh @ Raju with the help of their associates. A case vide FIR No. 61/11 u/s 302 IPC was registered at PS Amanaka, Raipur, Chhattisgarh in this regard. Both the accused persons were absconding since then and a cash reward Rs. 15000/- each was declared on their arrest.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
