DACOIT APPREHENDED

The Staff of Police Station Mukherjee Nagar has arrested one dreaded criminal dacoit namely Ainul Haq  S/o Lal Sharif R/o Javed ka Makaan, Near Jannati Masjid, Samshad Garden, Ghaziabad UP aged 31 yrs who is also wanted in a dacoity case vide FIR no. 1535/15 U/s 395/397/458/412 IPC PS Mukherjee Nagar and FIR no.674/15 U/s 399/402/186/353/307/34 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act PS Geeta Colony.

Brief Incidence:-On the night of 24-25/10/15, six accused persons all armed with knives had entered into the house of the Complainant Ashok Arora R/o Tagore Park, Delhi. They made hostage all the family members on knife point after tying them in the house and further looted all the jewellery articles & cash and fled with the booty. On 30/10/15, an information was received at PS Mukherjee Nagar from Operation Cell, East District informing that 5 accused persons arrested in case FIR no.674/15 U/s 399/402/186/353/307/34 IPC & 25/54/59 Arms Act PS Geeta Colony have disclosed their involvement in the above said case. All five accused were arrested in the case but the main mastermind of this dacoity incident accused Ainul Haq was still not traceable as his address was even unknown to his associates. The online dossier of all robbers and burglars namely Ainul were also checked in which some dossiers were shortlisted. After going through such dossiers, accused Ainul Haq S/o Lal Sharif was identified in the present case. During investigation it transpired that accused Ainul Haq has left his given address where he used to live as tenant with his family. As accused Ainul Haq is facing various trials in Tis Hazari Court. His court dates were secretly ascertained. A team consists of Inspector C.P. Bhardwaj (Bravo-34), SI Manoj Kumar No. D-4602, PSI Surender D/5474, HC Baljeet Singh No.300/NW, CT Bijender Singh No. 2057/NW under the close supervision of Inspector Veer Singh, SHO/Mukherjee Nagar was formed. On 26/11/15 accused Ainul Haq was identified and arrested from Tis hazari Court in the present case. During investigation the receiver of jewellery articles has been identified as Dilip Sunaar who is also absconding in the case.  The looted full bag of coins and jewellery bags were recovered at the instance of the accused Ainul Haq. The investigation is in progress.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
