Notorious Criminals of Mogli Gang Involved in 20 Cases of Robbery, Burglary, M.V. Theft and NDPS Act, Arrested

Ø  Notorious criminals of Mogli Gang namely Sahid Ali @ Mogli and Kuldeep Sain, previously involved in 20 cases of robbery, burglary, M.V. theft and NDPS Act, arrested.   
    Ø  5 stolen motor cycles and three expensive mobile phones have been recovered.

    Ø  13 cases of house theft & M.V. theft have been worked out.

A team of PS R.K. Puram, South District have arrested two notorious criminals of Mogli Gang namely Sahid Ali @ Mogli (age 22 years) s/o Fazlu Rehman R/o Jhuggi No. K-628, Sanjay Camp, Chankya Puri, New Delhi and Kuldeep Sain @ Rahul (age 22 years) s/o Daulat Ram R/o H. No. C-290, Sainik Enclave, Near CRPF Camp, Najafgarh, Delhi and recovered 5 stolen motor cycles and 3 expensive mobile phones.  With the arrest of accused persons, 13 cases of house theft and M.V. theft have been solved.

          In order to prevent incidents of house theft and auto lifting in the area of PS R.K. Puram, a team consisting of SI Vijay Kaushik, SI Harbir, ASI Surender Rana, HC Sukender, HC Naim, HC Gulab Singh, HC Sanjeev, Ct Anuj,  Ct Manoj, Ct Prashant and Ct Ajit Punia led by Inspr. Vijaypal Dahiya under the supervision of Inspr. Neeraj Chaudhary, SHO/R.K. Puram and overall supervision of Sh. S.P. Tyagi, ACP/S.J. Enclave was constituted.

          The team through their sources developed information about an active gang of burglars and kept sharp vigil over the activities of recent bail released criminals. The efforts of the team yielded result, when information regarding movements of notorious Sahid Ali @ Mogli, recently released from the jail was received.  The team further developed that information which revealed that after being released from jail, he has formed a new gang and has committed many incidents of burglary, thefts / M.V. thefts in the area.

          On 16.06.15 after receipt of specific input about the movement of accused Sahid Ali @ Mogli, the team laid a trap near Alkauzar Restaurant, Sector-6, R.K. Puram and arrested accused Sahid Alli @ Mogli and his associate Kuldeep Sain while they were riding on a stolen motor cycle.  On verification, the motor cycle was found to be stolen from the area of PS R.K. Puram (Case FIR No 337/15 u/s 379 IPC).

          During interrogation, both accused persons disclosed to have committed many incidents of theft and auto lifting in South Delhi. At the instance of accused persons, 4 stolen motor cycles and 3 expensive mobile phones were recovered.

  8. FIR No 445/15 u/s 380 IPC PS R K Puram.
  9. FIR No 446/15 u/s 380 IPC PS R K Puram.
10.  FIR No 450/15 u/s 380 IPC PS R K Puram.
11.  FIR No 457/15 u/s 380 IPC PS R K Puram.

Profile of accused persons :

1.   Sahid Ali @ Mogli (age 22 years) s/o Fazlu Rehman R/o Jhuggi No. K-628, Sanjay Camp, Chankya Puri, New Delhi is a school dropout.  He is a drug addict. In last year, he was arrested along with his associate Sandeep @ Kalu and was released in March, 2015. Thereafter, he started committing house thefts, pick pocketing and auto lifting along with accused Kuldeep @ Raul to whom he came in contact in the jail. Before committing crime, they used to conduct reconnaissance in the area on stolen motor cycle to identify soft target.  He is previously involved in 20 criminal cases of theft, burglary, auto lifting and robbery.

2.   Kuldeep Sain @ Rahul (age 22 years) s/o Daulat Ram R/o H. No. C-290, Sainik Enclave, Near CRPF Camp, Najafgarh is a school dropout.  He is a drug addict. In last year, he was arrested in M.V. theft and came in contact with Sahid Ali @ Mogle in the jail and decided to form a gang on being released from the jail. After his release, he started working at a Barber Shop in Munirka and again met accused Sahid @ Mogli and they both started committing house theft, motor cycle thefts and pick pocketing.  He is previously involved in one case of theft.

Recoveries:

1.   5 stolen motor cycles (make Discover, Pulsar, Glamour and Splendor).
2.   3 expensive mobile phones (make Micromax).

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
