Two Crude Bombs recovered from Haryana

 It has earlier been reported that the desperate wanted criminal of Delhi namely, Vikas Dagar @ Vicky Jharodia along with his two associates Amit @ Mita and Manish @ Monu all r/o Village Jharoda Kalan, Delhi was arrested after a brief encounter on 26.8.15, by the team of Special Cell, Delhi Police.

            During further investigation accused Vikas @ Vicky disclosed the names of his other associates and on 31.8.15, one of the associate namely Deepak @ Rajesh r/o Village Bakkarwala, Delhi was arrested. On the instance of accused Vikas @ Vicky and further on the instance of accused Deepak @ Rajesh, two Crude Bombs have been recovered from Village Bhawar, PS Baroda, Distt. Sonipat (Hr.), by the team of Special Cell led by Inspr. Sanjay Nagpal under the supervision of ACP Shri Sandeep Byala. These bombs were arranged by accused Vikas @ Vicky with the purpose to eliminate his rival Krishan Pehalwan of Najafgarh, Delhi.

            During sustained interrogation, accused Vikas @ Vicky has disclosed that for taking revenge from Krishan Pehalwan of Najafgarh, Delhi and his family, he has arranged two Crude Bombs with the help of one jail inmate Harcharan Singh who had come out on parole. Accused Harcharan Singh has been in judicial custody since  May 2014 in two cases of Dacoity of PS  DBG Road and Maurya Enclave, Delhi. Accused Vikas @ Vicky had discussed his intention of eliminating Krishan Pehalwan with  Harcharan Singh and on this Harcharan had assured him to arrange the bombs. When Harcharan was released from jail in the month of March 2015on parole of 2/3 days   accused Vikas @ Vicky had instructed Harcharan Singh, to hand over the said bombs to one Deepak @ Rajesh r/o Bakkarwala, Delhi.  Vikas  @ Vicky  later came out of jail on parole on 19.4.2015 and jumped the parole. Vikas was making his plans for attack on Krishan Pehalwan with bombs and till such time bombs were kept in safe keeping with accused Deepak @ Rajesh.

            Accused Deepak @ Rajesh was arrested from Village Bakkarwala, Delhi, on 31.8.15 and was subjected to sustained interrogation. He confessed that on the instructions of accused Vikas @ Vicky he had received two bombs kept in a polythene bag about five months back from one Sikh person at Nangloi, Delhi. Initially for some period he kept those bombs in his house at Bakkarwala, Delhi. Later he took the same to Village Bhawar, Sonipat, as he used to stay there with his sister and concealed them under a  straw pile  (Bhusa).  Accordingly at his instance the said two Crude bombs have been recovered on the same night, from the straw pile  kept in an abandoned house at Village Bhawar, Sonipat, with the help of police of PS Baroda, Sonipat. Later on the Bomb Disposal and Detection Squad was called at the spot by the local police from Police Training College, Madhuban, Karnal (Hr.), in the morning of 01.9.15 and the recovered bombs were diffused by the experts.

            Accused Deepak @ Rajesh has studied upto 8^th standard and earlier he was working as Security Guard. Previously he has been found involved in eight criminal cases of Vehicle Theft and Snatching, since the year 2012.
