One Thief Involved in Thefts of Mobiles Phone Caught at Railway Station

On 7/07/15 Complainant Nittin Kumar reported that on 6-07-15 when he
 came to see off his younger brother Dinesh for journey to Banglore by Banglore Rajdhani Train at  H.N.Din Railway Station, he noticed that his mobile phone Lenovo was stolen by someone from his pocket at the time of boarding in train. He complained in the Police Station and a case of theft was registered vide FIR No.254/15 U/S- 379 IPC, P.S.H.N.Din. Railway Station,  Delhi. 


 HC Mukesh Kumar & Ct. Dharambeer had suspicion over one person and they caught Gaurav s/o Satbir r/o 6/261 Subhash Ganj, Dr Ambedkar Nagar, Dakshin Puri, Delhi-62 near Ticket Counter of HN Din Rly Stn. Sarai Kale Khan side. During investigation accused Gaurav who disclosed that he had committed the theft.  Six mobile phone recovered from his possession. He disclosed that he used to pick pocket when the passengers boarded the train.

On 7/07/15 Complainant Nittin Kumar reported that on 6-07-15 when he came to see off his younger brother  Dinesh for journey to Banglor by Banglor Rajdhani Train. His mobile phone Lenovo was stolen by some one from his pocket at the time of boarding in train. So case FIR No.254/15 U/S- 379 IPC, P.S.H.N.Din. Rly. was got registered at P.S. H.N. Din Rly. Delhi. 

 On dated 7/07/15 during the course of investigation in above said case on a secret information received by Ct. Dharambeer No.613/RM,  HC Mukesh Kumar & Ct. Dharambeer No.613/RM apprehended one person namely  Gourav S/O Satbir R/O 6/261 Subhash Ganj, Dr Ambedkar Nagar, Dakshin Puri, Delhi-62 near Ticket Counter of HN Din Rly Stn. Sarai Kale Khan side and 6 mobile phone recovered from his possession.

  During the course of investigation of Case FIR No. 254/15 U/S- 379
IPC, P.S.H.N.Din. Rly.  the above  person namely namely  Gourav S/O Satbir R/O
6/261 Subhash Ganj, Dr Ambedkar Nagar, Dakshin Puri, Delhi-62 made discloser 
that on dated 06/07/15  he stole one mobile phone Lenovo from the pocket of  one
passenger in Banglor Rajdhani Train at the time of  boarding in train and also
disclosed  that other recovered 5 mobile phone were also stolen by him at HN Din
Rly Stn.    Above accused  person was  arrested in the above case.

RECOVERY
· One Mobile Phone Lenovo in case FIR No. 254/15 U/S-379/411 IPC.

· 5 Mobile Phone (2 of Lava Company, 1 of Spice company, 1 of Samsung

company & 1 of G-five company)   were recovered and seized in U/S-102 CrPC.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
