Arrested Wanted Fugitive, For the Murder of Delhi Police Constable

A team of Special Cell led by Inspr. Sanjay Sharma under the supervision of ACP Sh. Sandeep Byala, has arrested one Parminder Dabas @ Parma s/o Sh. Som Dutt r/o H.No-154, Village- Barwala, Delhi, age 30 years, on 22.07.2015 near Bus Stop, Sector-25, Rohini, Delhi. The arrested accused is wanted in an infamous  murder case of a  Delhi Police Constable Jitender Khatri, who was brutally murdered by Samunder Khatri, Rajesh, Naveen, Rahul and Parminder @ Parma on 16.01.2015 in the area of P.S-Narela. In this regard a case FIR No.64/15 u/s 302/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act was registered at P.S. Narela, Delhi. Parminder has been arrested u/s 41.1(ba) Cr.P.C.by the Spl. Cell.
           
        On 22.07.2015, a secret information was received that wanted accused person involved in the murder of Constable Jitender Khatri  would come near Sector-25 Bus Stop Rohini, Delhi to receive money from his known person. Following this tip off Inspr. Sanjay Sharma constituted a raiding party including SI Pankaj Kumar, ASI Vinay Kumar, HC Krishan Kumar, Ct. Mahabir to nab the criminal. The raiding party reached near Sector-25 Bus Stop Rohini, Delhi and on the pointing out of informer accused Parminder Dabas @ Parma s/o Sh. Som Dutt was apprehended and after sustained interrogation he was arrested.

Brief facts of the case are that on 16.01.2015 accused persons Parminder Dabas @ Parma, Samunder Khatri, Rajesh, Rahul and Naveen  reached near the house of deceased Jitender Khatri to settle a matter of money dispute with his brother Sandeep Khatri in white colour Duster bearing No.HR-99-Temp- 9401, which  belonged to Parminder Dabas. In front of the house of the deceased, Naveen and Samunder Khatri started manhandling Sandeep Khatri and Naveen slapped him. In the meantime brother of Sandeep, Ct. Jitender Khatri came at the spot.  Samunder Khatri fired bullet at him. Jitender Khatri fell on the floor and succumbed to his injuries. After that all the accused persons fled from the spot in the said Duster Car, which was later on found abandoned.  Accused Rajesh and Rahul were arrested earlier. Parminder @ Parma was absconding to evade arrest and was hiding in different locations in U.P., Rajasthan and Haryana. The two other accused Samunder Khatri and Naveen are still at large. Efforts are on to nab him.

1.      FIR No. 607/07 dated 26.11.2007 u/s 302/34 IPC P.S. Bawana, Delhi.

2.      FIR No.64/15 u/s 302/34 IPC & 25/27 Arms Act P.S. Narela, Delhi.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
