Murder Case of PS Anand Parvat Solved Within Hours

With the arrest of Jai Parkash @ Sunny, aged about 21 years r/o Anand Parvat, Delhi, Central District police has solved a murder case of Meenakshi, aged about 19 years r/o Anand Parvat, Delhi, which took place on 16-07-2015 in the area of P.S. Anand Parvat, Delhi. 
Weapon of offence i.e. knife has been recovered on the instance of arrested accused. 

On 16.07.2015 a PCR call was received at about 07:45 PM regarding a girl having been stabbed by a person. On receipt of DD entry SHO/Anand Parvat along with staff rushed to the spot where it was revealed that the injured has already been taken to R.M.L. Hospital.  Police team rushed to RML Hospital where victim was found undergoing treatment and unconscious.  The victim was identified as Meenakshi who was found to have sustained multiple injuries. During treatment, she succumbed to her injuries.  Immediately, a case vide FIR No. 482/15 u/s 302/324 IPC was registered at P.S. Anand Parvat, Delhi and the investigation was taken up.

          Considering the gravity of the offence, several teams consisting of Insp. Sehdev Rana, SHO/Anand Parvat, Inspr. Mukesh Antil, Insp. Investigation/Anand Parvat, Insp. Darshan Lal, ATO/Anand Parvat, SI Jai Parkash, HC Ram Niwas and Ct. Shailender were constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Jitendra Meena, IPS, ACP/Patel Nagar, Delhi. 

          During the course of investigation, it was revealed that the families of victim and accused reside in the same vicinity and are neighbours.  Their relations were strained and they were not on talking terms.  They often indulged in fighting with each other over petty issues.  On 16-07-2015, at about 7:30 p.m., while Meenakshi was returning home after buying groceries, she was waylaid by Jai Parkash and started abusing her. Meenakshi objected to the abusive language.  On her objection, Jai Parkash pulled out knife and stabbed her multiple times.  Meenakshi ran towards her house.  On seeing her, the mother of Meenakshi came out to defend her daughter.  She was also stabbed on the back by Jai Parkash. After that he fled from the spot. 


During the course of investigation, concerted efforts were made to nab the accused person but he was found evading his arrest.  Local sources were deployed.  Several raids were conducted at his possible hideouts.  Finally, on the basis of secret information, he was apprehended by the police from Ramjas School ground, Anand Parvat, Delhi.  At the instance of accused Jai Parkash, one knife used in the commission of crime was also recovered.

          Jai Parkash @ Sunny r/o Anand Parvat, Delhi is 21 years old and has studied up to  9th class.  He was working as salesman at Gaffar Market, Karol Bagh.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi.
