Gang of Notorious Impersonators Busted

The staff of Police Station Tilak Nagar, West District, Delhi have arrested two notorious impersonators who duped innocent people by posing them as Police Officer.
PROFILE :
·        Hariom Sharma S/o Rajbir Sharma R/o. H. No. C-1/88, Guru Krishan Nagar, Sultanpuri, New Delhi. Age 32 years, qualification 10 fail.
·        Kishan Sharma S/o Omkar Sharma R/o. H. No. B-476, Chandan Vihar Nihal Vihar, New Delhi. Age 33 years, qualification 10 fail.

RECOVERY MADE
·        One fake Delhi Police identity card,
·        One Khaki pant,
·        Two pairs  shoes,
·        One Delhi Police file cover containing some papers.


Case FIR No. 1670/15, Dated 25/11/2015 U/S. 384/419/420/468/471/120-B IPC, Police Station Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.

On 25/11/15, during the Nagar Kirtan at New Shahpura Tilak Nagar, New Delhi, ASI Paramjeet Singh was present. The complainant Mr. Abbu approached to ASI Paramjeet Singh and briefed him about the  incident. ASI Paramjeet Singh with the help of public persons and complainant apprehended the suspects and enquired from them and also took their formal search and he found a Delhi Police’s Identity Card. He enquired the matter, after little dodging  they plead guilty. ASI Paramjeet recorded the statement of complainant in which he alleged that on 24.11.2015 at about 03:00 PM when he was working in the area of Shahpura, two ladies approached him to clean the sewerage at their home and when he reached at their place. Both of ladies closed the door from inside and ask to make physical relation with them and started removing cloths and at the meantime two persons came and introduced themselves as Police men and threatened him and extorted Rupees 1500/- from him and threatened not to come again. On 25.11.2015 when he saw all four persons together he got suspicious and approached him. Accordingly, case was registered and investigation was taken up.


                        During the course of investigation accused were interrogated and both disclosed that they are working of a group to extort the people as it is a easy source to earn money. The female members approached the person and trapped innocent persons as per pre-decided plan.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi.
