Notorious Criminal Pardeep Saini Arrested
Crime Branch has arrested one
dreaded/notorious criminal namely Pardeep Saini (28 yrs) s/o
Ram Prasad Saini r/o Saini Mohalla, Najafgarh, Delhi who was wanted in a
murder case of PS Najafgarh, Delhi. He had murdered his own sister over a
property dispute during the period of his externment from the limits of Delhi.
Information was
received by Inter State Cell that a notorious robber Pardeep Saini r/o Najafgarh
is wanted in a case of murder of his own sister and he would come near Chhawla
canal on Bajghera-Gurgaon road to meet someone. On this information, a team led by ACP KPS Malhotra, consisting of Inspr. PC
Yadav, HCs Dinesh Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Dinesh Singh, Santraj, Kartar Singh and
Ct. Brijesh Pandey was constituted under the supervision of DCP Bhisham Singh
and overall supervision of Addl.CP Alok Kumar to nab him. On the basis of
information, a trap was laid near Chhawla canal and the accused Pardeep Saini was apprehended.
Accused Pardeep’s sister Madhu Saini was
residing at the first floor of House No.1441 in Saini Mohalla, Najafgarh Delhi which
was owned by their mother. He had dispute with his sister over the said
property and on 12.05.2015, he alongwith his associates murdered her. A case vide
FIR No.388/15 u/s 302/34 IPC was registered at PS Najafgarh, Delhi in this
regard and the accused Pardeep was wanted in the case.
On interrogation, it was revealed that accused Pardeep
Saini completed his 12th from Sonipat, Haryana. His father had
already expired and he fell in bad company after leaving studies. After coming
into contact with known criminals namely Sanjay Bihari, Sandeep Ganja, Parveen,
Arvind Dhancha etc., he began to commit petty thefts & robberies. Later, he
and his associates committed several big robberies & carjackings at gunpoint.
Accused Pardeep Saini alongwith his associate Sanjay Bihari had shot at a truck
driver near Ghumman Hera and robbed him of his cash and jewellry. A case vide
FIR No.114/10 u/s 392/397/34 IPC was registered at PS Chhawla in this regard. In
the year 2010, accused Pardeep Saini committed murder of his associate Arvind
Dhancha over some dispute of money and a case vide FIR No.377/10 u/s 302/201/34
IPC & 25 Arms Act was registered at PS Najafgarh in this regard.
In the year 2011, accused Pardeep Saini alongwith his
associate Sanjay Bihari had robbed one person of his cash and jewellry after
firing at him near Rajouri Garden Malls. A case vide FIR No.113/11 u/s 397/34
IPC was registered at PS Rajouri Garden, Delhi in this regard. In the year 2011, accused Pardeep Saini and
his associates Parveen had robbed one Honda City car from the area of PS Chhawla
and a case vide FIR No.122/11 u/s 382/34 IPC was registered at PS Chhawla in
this regard. In the year 2011, accused Pardeep Saini and his associates had robbed
one businessman of Rs. 1.4 lac who was going in his Accent car. A case vide FIR
No. 242/11 u/s 392/393/34 IPC was registered at PS Najafgarh in this regard. In
the year 2012, accused Pardeep Saini alongwith his associates Sandeep Ganja and
Kake were riding on a motorbike and one Alto car touched his bike. Annoyed with
this, accused and his associates shot fires at the driver of the Alto car and a
case vide FIR No.31/12 u/s 307/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act was registered at PS
Najafgarh, Delhi in this regard. Taking into account his criminal activities,
he was externded from the limits of Delhi for a period of one year. He is
previously involved in 12 criminal cases.
Accused Pardeep Saini has been arrested under
relevant sections of law. Local police of PS Najafgarh has been informed about
the arrest of the accused.
