One Desperate Snatcher Wanted in a Hurt Case Arrested

Crime Branch has arrested a desperate bad Character of PS Mangol Puri who was wanted in a case of hurt. He was externed from jurisdiction of Delhi for two years in November 2014 but was staying in Delhi covertly. One case of auto theft has also been solved with the recovery of one stolen scooter. 

On 17.11.2014, one desperate criminal/snatcher namely Ajay @ Aman @ Pilla s/o Ved Prakash r/o I-831, Mangol Puri, Delhi was externed from Delhi by the order of Addl.DCP, Outer district for two years u/s 47 Delhi Police Act as his presence in the area was assumed hazardous to the society. Even after being externed, he was covertly staying in Delhi and was arrested on 01.02.15 by staff of PS Mangol Puri for violation of the externment order and was on bail.
Again, the accused Aman @ Ajay again violated the externment order and on 09.02.15, he alongwith his associates badly beaten one of his rival group members in the area of Mangol Puri for causing terror and to boast his supremacy in the area. A case vide FIR No.294/15 u/s 323/341/506/34 IPC was registered at PS Mangol Puri in this regard and the accused evading arrest.

In view of apprehension of accused Ajay @ Aman indulging in more crimes, a team of officers of Special Team led by Inspr. Ravinder Verma and consisting of SI Amit Dahiya, ASI Naresh, HCs Harvinder Singh, Mahesh, Kapil Tyagi, Cts Sanjeev and Ashok was constituted under the supervision of ACP Rajeev Kumar Ambasta and overall guidance of DCP Dinesh Kumar Gupta to nab him. The team made concerted efforts and deployed sources to gather information in this regard.
On 20.2.15, specific information was received that Ajay @ Aman would come near MCD Flats, Sector-20, Rohini, Delhi on a stolen scooter for committing crime. Accordingly, a trap was laid and the accused Ajay @ Aman @ Pilla s/o Ved Prakash r/o Mangol Puri, Delhi was apprehended and one Bajaj Eterno Scooter was recovered from him, which was found stolen from the area of PS K.N. Katju Marg vide FIR No.603/14 u/s 379 IPC. 

Accused Ajay @ Aman (23 yrs) is a desperate criminal. He is unmarried and has studied upto 6th standard. He is a bad character of PS Mangol Puri and previously involved in 12 criminal cases of snatching, hurt, theft, molestation etc.

(1)         294/15 u/s 323/341/506/34 IPC PS Mangol Puri, Delhi.
(2)         603/14 u/s 379 IPC, PS KN Katju Marg, Delhi. 
He has been arrested under appropriate sections of law and the concerned police stations have been informed in this regard.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
