One Boot- Legger Arrested by Swaroop Nagar Police

With the arrest of accused person namely Abdolla S/o Sh. Ali Mohmad r/o D-192, Jhuggi Sarai Pipal Thala, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi (Aged-22 Years), Swaroop Nagar Police, North West District, Delhi recovered 78 boxes of illicit liquor from his possession with vehicle bearing No. DL-1L-W-4961 (Tempo).


INCIDENT / OPERATION / Investigation

On 26.01.2016 HC Ranbir Singh No. 535/NW and Const. Vijay Kumar No. 2471/NW while on patrolling in their respective beat near Hanumaan Mandir they received a secret information that a Van containing illicit liquor will came from Alipur side to Nangli Poona. On receipt of this information Nakabadi was done near Lee Garden Banquet Hall, Nangli Poona, Swaroop Nagar, Delhi. At about 11.25 PM one Tempo bearing No. DL-1L-W-4961 came from Alipur side in suspicious circumstances, which was stopped by the staff and on checking 78 Boxes of illicit liquor containing 50 Quarters in each box recovered from the possession of the accused person namely Abdolla  S/o Sh. Ali Mohmad r/o D-192, Jhuggi Sarai Pipal Thala, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi (Aged-22 Years). He was apprehended and later on arrested vide case FIR No. 38/2016 dated 27.01.2016 U/sec. 33 & 58 Delhi excise Act PS Swaroop Nagar, Delhi. The vehicle was also impounded in this case. Investigation of this case is being carried out about the source of supply and owner of the vehicle used in commission of crime by the accused person.

PROFILE AND MODUS OPERANDI:-

Accused Abdolla S/o Sh. Ali Mohmad r/o D-192, Jhuggi Sarai Pipal Thala, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi (Aged-22 Years) permanent resident of Village – Davat Pur, District Mainpuri, PS – Kusmara, UP belongs to poor family and bring the liquor from Haryana and supplied in Delhi to sale in black market to achieve gain.

TEAM:-

Immediately a team was constituted under the direction of Insp. Bharat Ram, SHO/Swaroop Nagar consisting, HC Ranbir Singh No. 535/NW and Const. Vijay Kumar No. 2471/NW and team immediately swing into action and arrested the accused person with illicit liquor.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
