Dreaded and Notorious Gangster Ramparvesh @ Lala Rewardee of Rs. 50,000/- Nabbed by the Staff of AATS

The sleuths of AATS/SWD have arrested a dreaded and notorious gangster involoved in more than 10 cases of murder, attempt to murder, extortion, robbery etc. namely Ram Parvesh @ Lala @ Gabbar S/o Virender Singh R/o VPO Khaira, Delhi Aged – 21 years.  He came out on bail from jail merely 10 months ago and after coming out from jail he noticed that not only the dreaded criminals like Vikas Lagarpuria, Vicky Dagar, Dheerpal Kana, Neeraj Bawana etc. are in jail but also criminals like Manjeet Mahal, Ravinder @ Bholu, Shakti etc. are on run and have left the area.  He took the same as opportunity to establish in the world of crime and formed a gang with Jitender @ Jitu, Ranbir @ Mohit, Devender @ Sonu, Lalit etc.  He was the sharp shooter of the gang.  After the arrest of Jitender @ Jitu & Ranbir @ Mohit in Oct 2015 he took control of the gang and was leading other gang members Devender @ Sonu, Lalit etc.  Merely in the last 6 months this gang has executed half a donzen incidents of attempt to murder, car jacking, extortion etc. to gain quick control over the area and were further planning to enter in disputed properties.  

SOME OF THE INCIDENTS :  

          On 17/09/15 accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala along with Jitender @ Jitu and Devender @ Sonu went to the house of a business man Anil Vats.  In  order to terrify him they shot several bullets at his house and simulotaniously called him on his mobile and threatened him either to pay Rs. 10 Lakhs as protection money or he will be killed. Hence on the complaint of Anil Vats Case FIR No. 759/15 dated 18/09/15 U/s 307/440/336/384/506/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act, PS Najafgarh, Delhi was registered and investigation was taken up.

On 11/09/15 accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala along with his associates fired many rounds at a person after some altercation at Pandwala Kalan, New Delhi again just to establish his terror in the area. A Case FIR No. 576/15 dated 11/09/15 U/s 307/34 IPC at PS Chawala, Delhi was registered. 

On 27/08/15 accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala along with his associates in broad day light robbed a person near Sector-10 Market, Dwarka, New Delhi robbed a person of his Volkswagen Polo Car No. DL4C-AT-0454 and fled away from the spot.  On the complaint of the complainant Nandlal a case of carjacking vide Case FIR No. 664/15 dated 27/08/15 U/S 392/34 IPC PS Dwarka South, Delhi was registered.

          On 08/08/15 accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala along with his associates fired many rounds at Chirag @ Kalli with whom they have enemity and he wanted to establish his terror in the area. On the complaint of Chirage @ Kalli a Case FIR No. 447/15 dated 08/08/15 U/s 307/34 IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act at PS Baba Haridass Nagar, Delhi was registered. 

On 20/06/15 in broad day light accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala along with his associates robbed a person of his Maruti Swift Car No. DL2C-AS-4628 at Sector 10 Dwarka, Near Ramlila Ground, Delhi and fled away from the spot.  On the complaint of complainant Chiranji Lal a case of carjacking vide Case FIR No. 484/15 dated 20/06/15 U/S 392/34 IPC,  PS Dwarka South was registered.

PROFILE OFACCUSED ARRESTED :-

Ram Parvesh @ Lala S/o Virender Singh R/o VPO Khaira, Delhi Aged – 21 years.

          Accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala is a school dropout.  Criminal Jitender @ Jitu used to visit his maternal uncle in Village Khaira, Delhi. With the passage of time he started committing more heinous crimes along with his associates.  In the year 2014 he along with Jitender @ Jitu due to rivalry murdered one Rajender R/o Village Kharkhadi Nahar, Delhi and went to jail. After In March 2015 he and Jitender @ Jitu came out on bail and noticed that not only the dreaded criminals like Vikas Lagarpuria, Dheerpal Kana, Neeraj Bawana etc. are in jail but also criminals like Manjeet Mahal, Ravinder @ Bholu, Shakti @ Sharda etc. are on run and have left the area.  They took it as the opportunity to establish them in the area, hence constituted a gang with his close associate Ranbir @ Mohit, Devender Kharkhadi @ Sonu, Lalit, Nikki etc.  He was the sharp shooter of the gang.  After the arrest of Jitender @ Jitu & Ranbir @ Mohit in Oct 2015 he took control of the gang and was leading other gang members Devender @ Sonu, Lalit etc.  Merely in last 6 months this gang has executed half a dozen incidents of firing, car jacking, extortion calls etc. to gain quick control over the area and extort protection money from the area and was further planning to enter in disputed properties and earn money.   

INVESTIGATION, OPERATION & TEAM :

          During the course of investigation, massive efforts were launched to trace and apprehend the accused who had orchestrated and executed the crimes.   In view of the gravity of the crimes it became imperative that the cases be cracked with utmost expediency and to that effect a dedicated team of AATS/South-Westunder the supervision of Shri Jagjit Singh, ACP/Operation and under the leadership of Insp .Raj Kumar, AATS/SWD comprising of SI Manoj Bhatia, SI Naresh, HC Rajesh Dhankar, HC Sanjay, HC Raj Singh, HC Dharmender, HC Vinod Kumar, HC Vijay Singh, HC Jitender, Ct. Anil Kumar, Ct. Ranjit, Ct. Rohitash, Ct. Jagat, Ct. Ashok and Ct. Vikas Kumar was constituted.  The massive human efforts coupled with deft technological penetration & secret information network led to the arrest of gangster Ram Parvesh @ Lala who was hiding at their hideouts in Gurgaon, Jhajhar, Pataudi etc.  On 07/01/16 at about 5.00 PM a secret information was received that accused Ram Parvesh @ Lala will arrive at Temple, Surakhpur Road, Gopal Nagar, Delhii at about 6.15 PM and having illegal arms and ammunations with him and is planning to execute one more crime. Hence under the direct supervision of Insp. Raj Kumar a trap was laid down and at 5:45 PM and accused was apprehended.  A PISTOL along with magzine and 4 live cartridiges was recovered from his possession.

The accused staged planning of these incidents to threaten the victim and to extort a handsome amount from them. He had further planned also that in case victim failed to pay him the money he would even murder them.   However before his sinister plans could be executed he has been arrested by AATS/South-West and the gang has been busted.
