of family feud of Najafgarh area. The entire conspiracy for the murder was
hatched by mastermind Udaiveer @ Kale.
The
enmity began in the year 2002, when KrishanPehalwaneliminated Udaiveer’s father
Surajmal, his brother Sukhbir Singh and his uncle Naryan Singh at vill- Palda,
Rai, Sonepat, where they had gone to attend a marriage function. Again in the
year 2009, Udaiveer had purchased three acre land from three persons, who were
allotted land from government. Bharat
Singh, brother of KrishanPehalwan knew that the said land cannot be sold or
purchased and he provoked one of the three and got registered a case againstUdaiveer. Subsequently, he also
sought support from Udaiveer for his MLA election in 2009. But Udaiveer refused to support him and supported oppositeparty in the election.
In the year 2012, Udaiveer met
Vicky and Kuldeepboth r/o JharodaKalan, Najafgarh. Vicky and Kuldeep were also having enmity
with Bharat Singh, as Bharat Singh had misbehaved with their paternal aunt. He
along with Vicky, Kuldeep, Satish, Virender@ Bholu, Naveen, Ravinder @ Meenu,
Rajender and PadamDagar planned the attack on Bharat Singh and executed the
same on 02/06/2012. However, Bharat
Singh survived the attack.
Meanwhile, Hemant , nephew of
Udayveer, whose father Sukhbir Singh had also been murdered by the associates
of KrishanPehalwan, was desperate to take revenge for the murder of his father and other
atrocities committed by Bharat Singh and KrishanPehalwan. Hemant arranged the weapons for the same and
Hemant had information that on 29/03/2015, Bharat Singh will be arriving at a
function at AbhinandanVatika.
On
29/03/2015, Hemant along withNitin r/o Baprola,
Ravi @ Chooza r/o DichaonKalan, Monu @ Chand r/o Sisana, Sonepat,
Haryana, Ravi r/o Kanpur, Pradhan Sunil
r/o Najafgarh, PehalwanSube r/o Jhunjunu Rajasthan and Deva r/o Farukhnagarmet
at the residence of Udaiveer and planned the attack on Bharat Singh. Hemant arranged for the weapons. The weapons included several firearms
including pistols and carbine. Nitin and Ravi went on black pulsar motor cycle
arranged by Nitin to AbhinandanVatika.
Hemant and others went ina white Scorpio Car arranged by Hemant and
owned by Amit @ Sonu, relative of Hemant.
They all assembled near AnajMandi, Najafgarh. However, Udaiveer, the
main conspirator remained present at his house.
Hemant
sent Nitin and Monu @ Chand to verify the presence of Bharat Singh at the
Vatika. Nitin confirmed Hemant via
telephone about the presence of Sh. Bharat Singh, Ex MLA. Thereafter, they all entered the Vatika and
started firing indiscriminately at Bharat Singh.Hemant, Pradhan Sunil, Ravi @
