Gamblers Arrested

                        The staff of PS Paschim Vihar has arrested 14 gamblers red handed at H No.A-4/23 Paschim Vihar Delhi. Total Cash of Rs.2, 37,000/-, 17 mobile phones, tokens and three sets of Playing Cards were recovered from the spot. A case, vide FIR No.255/15 U/S 3/4/9/55 G. Act was registered at PS Paschim Vihar.

            On 01/4/15 during patrolling SI H.P Mudgal received a secret information that 10/15 persons are gambling in H.No.A-4/209A, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. The information was developed and brought in the notice of SHO/Paschim Vihar. On receipt of the information, Inspr. Surender Kumar along with the staff reached at the given address. On seeing the police party one person, who was keeping a watch outside, tried to flee but he was overpowered by the staff. When the door of the house was opened it was found that some person were found gambling with cards. All were overpowered and the playing cards and the amount put as stake were seized. Total Rupees 2, 37000/-, 17 mobile phones, tokens and three sets of Playing Cards were recovered from the spot. A case vide FIR 255/15 U/S 3/4/9/55 Gambling Act was registered at PS Paschim Vihar.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money. During the course of interaction,Satheesh Nair had shown his Identity Card to this complainant to convince him that he was an IPS officer presently posted in Jaipur, Rajasthan and was expecting his next posting in Delhi. MOST WANTED GANGSTER NAMELY GYANENDER @ GADGU REWARDEE OF RS.1 LAC ALONGWITH HIS ASSOCIATE RAJIV DAHIYA @ RAJU ARRESTED

Crime Branch has arrested two dreaded and desperate criminals namely (1) Gyanender @ Gadgu (29 yrs) s/o Mahender r/o Village Mandhothi, Distt. Jhajjar, Haryana, who is wanted in two sensational cases of murder of Haryana including one that of a brutal massacre, one case of attempt to murder of Badli, Delhi and 3 cases of extortion in Delhi & Haryana and (2) Rajeev Dahiya @ Raju (39 yrs) s/o Sukhbir Singh r/o R-95, Gali No. 15 A, Sawtanter Nagar, Narela, Delhi (permanent address-Village Nahari, Distt. Sonepat, Haryana), who is an absent BC of PS Narela, a bail jumper, a declared proclaimed offender in 2 murder cases and one case of Arms Act .
