Three Persons Arrested by Special Staff Outer District

On 26-09-15, at 5.15 am, information was received through PCR staff regarding an accident in the area of PS Bawana on Nangal road near Hanuman Mandir. On this information SHO PS Bawana along with staff immediately reached at the spot and found that a car no. DL-9CAC-3874 make Maruti Suzuki SX-4 Silver colour was parked on the road and its parking lights were on. Blood stains found on the bonnet and both sides of car. Blood was also lying on the road. A male dead body age about 35 yrs was also lying near the car, who was later on identified as Sandeep s/o Late Ram Chander r/o Village Kanjhawala Delhi. Deceased Sandeep was working as constable in Delhi Police. Injury marks were present all over the dead body. Blood stains were also found inside the car. On this a case FIR No. 645/15 was registered u/s 302 IPC at PS Bawana and investigation was taken up.

TEAM & INVESTIGATION

            In order to identify and apprehend the culprits, teams from PS Bawana, PS Kanjhawla and Special Staff were constituted. During the course of investigation it came to light that deceased Sandeep was last seen with three unknown persons on a Dhaba near village Kanjhawala on the night of 25/09/2015 and the unknown persons were in a white Santro car. The teams so constituted started working on this clue to trace those unknown persons. During the local enquiry one of the unknown persons was identified as Sumit r/o Village Kanjhawala Delhi. The suspect Sumit was found missing from his house. On further enquiry it was learnt that Sumit had been last seen with his friends Amit( r/o Chandpur village) and Naveen @ Chika (r/o Kanjhawla).  All three of them were found missing from their homes.

            On 28/09/2015 the team of PS Kanjhawla received information that Amit is present in a flat at Sector-1 Rohini Delhi. On this information the team of Spl. Staff conducted a raid and apprehended Amit. On the pointing out of Amit remaining two accused Sumit and Naveen @ Chikka were also arrested from Tikri Border Delhi.

INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI

            On sustained interrogation the accused disclosed that victim Sandeep was homosexual. He had been sexually exploiting one of the accused for quite some time and had been trying to coerce another one of them into giving in to his demands.  It was also revealed that he had been eyeing one of the accused’s sister.  Thus fed up of his behavior, the trio had been looking for an opportunity to get rid of him.   On the night of 25/09/2015 Sumit and Naveen @ Chika met Sandeep near a dhaba in Kanjhawala. Sandeep was already drunk and was asking for more liquor.  Soon Amit r/o Village Chandpur Delhi joined them.  After consuming more liquor when Sandeep got inebriated, they drove towards an isolated spot and beat him to death.  Thereafter they left the dead body and car of Sandeep and ran away.

1.         Accused Sumit Dabas R/o Village Kanjhawala Delhi has studied up to 10th class in his village school. He is unemployed and in habit of consuming drugs and liquor.
2.         Accused Naveen R/o Village Kanjhawala Delhi has studied upto 10th class in village school. He is also unemployed and in habit of consuming drug and liquor.
3.         Accused Amit R/o Village Chandpur Delhi has studied upto 10th class in villlage school. He is also in habit of consuming drugs & liquor and is unemployed.

RECOVERY

Personal belongings including mobile phone and wallet.

Imposter IPS Officer Arrested; an Academic Who Became a Cheat to Realize His Dream Unfulfilled

A team of Special Cell led by Inspectors Rahul Sawhney and Sanjay Kumar has arrested a cheat who impersonated as an IPS officer to cheat several persons in Delhi. On 23/02/2015,one Kultar Singh,s/o Late Raj Singh, r/o F-10, Gali No.2, Krishna Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi who runs a shop dealing with sale purchase of mobile phones in Gaffar Market of Karolbagh, Delhi made a complaint stating therein that a person in the name of ‘Satheesh Nair’ who had introduced himself as an IPS officer of Jaipur, Rajasthan, had come to his shop on 30/01/2015 and had purchased two mobile phones in exchange of two old phones by paying an amount of money.
