Gang of robbers involved in looting Godown and factories busted

Following a secret information that two robbers are loading stolen wallpaper cartons in a vehicle TATA Ace bearing No. DL-1LM-4465 at their hideout out in Karala area for disposing the same, a team of Special Cell lead by Inspr. Sanjay Sharma and under supervision of ACP Sh. Sandeep Byala, carried out the raid and arrested two robbers and Godown breakers, namely Shamsher s/o Ali Sher r/o H.No.321, Y block, Mangol Puri, Delhi age 33 years and Neeraj @ Sonu s/o Ramesh Talwar r/o Jhuggi No. A-818, K-block, Behind ITI, Jahangir Puri, Delhi, age-27 years on 14.09.2015 u/s 41.1(d) CrPC and 102  CrPC.

            On sustained interrogation it was revealed that Shamsher is previously involved in 11 criminal cases and Neeraj @ Sonu is involved in 07 cases. Both of them have disclosed to be involved in the robbery incident of P.S. Samaipur Badali committed in the middle of August, 2015 alongwith their associates namely Salman @ Saleem, Briju Sahni, Laxmi Narain @ Bittoo, Nashir and Vinod in which they tied the security guards of the godown and looted plastic grains worth Rs.9.5 lac. A case vide FIR No.985/15 u/s 392/34 IPC has been registered at P.S.  Samaipur Badli in this regard and the same stands worked out with their arrest.  

            They have also disclosed to be involved in an incident of godown-breaking in the area of Rama Vihar, Delhi in which they along with their other gang-members namely Salman @ Saleem, Briju Sahni, Laxmi Narain @ Bittoo, Nashir and Vinod had broken the wall of the godown of  “Gold Leaf International” in the intervening night of 3/4-09-15. They had taken away 70-80 wallpaper cartons, one LED Panasonic TV etc, worth Rs.5 lac. In this regard a case FIR No.610/15 dated 04.09.15 u/s 457/380 IPC has been registered at P.S. Kanjhawala, Delhi. The wallpaper cartons have been recovered.

           

            They have also disclosed to be involved another incident in Begum Vihar in which three cylinders, two mobile phones and Rs.10000/- were stolen. A case vide FIR No.756/15 dated 21.07.2015 u/s 380 IPC has been registered at P.S. Begumpur Delhi in this regard.
